Warning.. dont go here unless you want your car damaged i took my car in to get a full clean. The car was finished and lefted with wet seats which now smells like dirty feet they also managed 2scratch the Chrome paint off symbol on steering wheel. when i confronted them about it they said it wasnt there problem and that they wouldnt fix it and i would have to go and sort it . and i have also noticed surface rust now on the seat rails one of the two front seats my car is a 2017 Mitsubishi ASX at the time of the car wash only had 45k kilometres on it.

My car was spotless inside & out when they were done. My car was an average mess, mostly very dusty, carpet had some grass seeds in it here & there. Carpet, mats, seats, dash, boot etc were perfectly cleaned. Even the tiny gaps that I can't get to myself were taken care of. Felt like a new car again. Make sure you're able to air the carpets out for a day or so afterwards as they were a little damp. Would love to afford this kind of clean annually!

$250 and couldn’t drive car for 2 days due to moisture everywhere, sticky, dirt accumulation in recesses, and now waiting on NRMA to get going ….seats soaked, water pooled inside, electrical system gone crazy, probably from steam/water, all panel lights flashing, can’t lock or start, seats jammed, headrests in wrong place, mat missing, stuff not put back properly. Language barrier makes normal complaints impossible.

I moved into the area and was looking for this service. I use them regularly as my kids can't help themselves making a mess. Great friendly service with thoroughness and efficiency. Always use them when I do grocery shopping as well.

Don’t get me wrong, they cleaned my car up. But they left the seats so wet. Now I have to go home and get my carpet cleaner out to dry them. I paid $250 for my car to be done and they had it for 5 hours whilst I was at work and couldn’t dry it properly. I would be less annoyed if I did not pay that much!

Everything works, plenty of options in the self-wash bays for different detergents, plus the availability of Paywave now is super handy. Even better when you pick the right moment, as it's only 4 bays, it can get busy. Friendly people working there too, which is nice.

DON’T GO HERE! When my dad went here for his car, they put liquid on everything even the gears! My dad’s car got locked in it’s space for 7 hours. Even than it’s gears were not good. So go here if you want to waste your money for something that’s not worth it and damaging to your car/vehicle

Worst auto experience ever. Saturated my car with chemicals affecting the transmission and other electronic areas. No manners and when the car would not start due to the drowning . Even NRMA were astounded.pretendedtheir English was not good. Never never never use this service unless you want to pay others to repair their damage.
