May be you guys should employ people who have more interest &information in serving. Rude chemist assistance I don't know her name 0% knowledge and not even assisting what is a point of working in that section when they don't have knowledge. She is been rude. She was busy in doing her work.go get the training first then come back to work.

As a pharmacist myself, I came in to get a script closer to home for a family member who was in post-op pain on Saturday. I had asked a CWH owner friend to check the stock on hand of the store prior to myself coming in, as I knew I would have some trouble with a Schedule 8 medicine if there was no prior dispensing history, and that the go to for lazy pharmacists wanting to turn away a script that required work was sorry

Don’t get your medicine here!!! The security guard Ahmad ruined my experience here. I went to get antibiotics for an infection, while I was waiting for the medicine, I was looking at the makeup and then approached rudely by the security guard forcing me to pay for a tester and wouldn’t let me buy my medicine or leave the store unless I bought this product because they don’t know how to label their testers. Also all the staff came and circled me and it scared me and I had to leave. I was in desperate need of my medicine and I had to leave without them and sleep the night risking my health. Very bad service.

The times I’ve been here the staff are very helpful, a great range of products at a discounted rate always helps when times are tough at the moment. They always have my medications in stock, If not they’re happy to order them in for me and they usually arrive the next day.

The security guard Ahmed is accusing customers of stealing and acting aggressively with a attitude. This security guard is extremely unfriendly and rude with customers never going back there. He is not helping with the business instead he is giving bad experience of customer service making sure customers don’t come back.

Helpful and friendly staff. Located next door is a local chemist. The Chemist Warehouse store is located opposite Hawa Chicken. The chemist is located at the rear of the store. This store has been popular since arriving in Granville earlier this year. This store is COVID-safe - we were temperature-tested in our way into the store. #chemist #granville
