Andrew was very professional in suggesting best ways to meet my plumbing requirements in the garden. He fixed / modified the old pipes for the water tank pumps and also installed new taps and pipes for the garden hose. Not only there is no more leaking but the new taps make the garden look much tidier. He was very thorough in making sure all things work and cleaning up afterwards. Super happy with his work.

I reached out to Andrew over the weekend to get a quote to install a new Rinnai Infinity 26 gas water heater unit for us. The old one was about 21 years old.Andrew was really responsive and easily quoted me based on photos I provided of the current unit and what we wanted to replace it with. Really competitive in his pricing and also very amenable to changes we wanted to the current configuration. Basically replaced a whole new water heater almost for the price others quoted to replace a simple valve on the old heater.Andrew is a great guy who is professional and easy to deal with, unlike other plumbers I had the misfortune of dealing with in the past.Andrew promptly installed the new unit this morning. Installation looks great and everything was exactly as we agreed. New system works really well so very happy with the installation. Andrew’s electrician was also flexible with his timing so we could get it all sorted in one go which I really appreciated.I would highly recommend Andrew and his business for any plumbing needs. All round 5 star service and I would definitely use Straight A Plumbing again for any plumbing in future.

Andrew helped us close one of our gas connections, and he did a great job. We also chatted with him about a few other things we needed help with, and he was really honest with us. Definitely a good guy to have on your side.
