I recently had a disappointing encounter with one of the real estate agents (Alexander Constantine) whilst trying to rent. This real estate agent gave us several phone calls confirming the details of our application, to which we discussed having a pet on multiple occasions. He stated that everything was all good and told us all that was left was the approval of the owner. A couple of days had passed and as we had not heard anything back in regards to the approval, we emailed asking for the outcome. He called us and questioned as to whether we had a dog, as the owner only allowed cats and not dogs. Had Alexander understood the landlords requirements for the property, communicated that to us and paid more attention to detail on our application we would never have been mislead.
