This company provides a product that isn't as good as other companies. In hindsight i wish we had gone with someone else.The company is unorganized and can't problem solve simple issues. I went and sorted my problem out myself no thanks to them. There solution was it simply can't be done and go by a new one.

I have rung them for repairs as the chain on the roller blind snapped and came away. On the phone they did not appear interested and asked if I could do the repair myself It is really easy"! I told them I couldn't and this is why I am phoning them. They seemed uninterested and unconcerned. Their after warranty service leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be recommending them to anyone anymore."

I have used Access Blinds at Wallsend 3 times. I had my whole dwelling done for roller blinds, outdoor retractable blind and lastly had a blind replaced due to paint getting on it. Excellent service and the 2 men who did installation fantastic. Nothing was a problem. Also thanks to Kerrie in office who put urgent order on paint damaged blind . Would recommend.

My bottom louvre is going yellow on my blind and the store manager of the Wallsend store will not even talk to me to discuss why this is happening as I have 9 blinds in my house. The manager did not mute the call when she answered it and primed the inexperienced young lady who could not answer my questions. The manager could only yell to the young girl that I need to put it into an email when I asked to speak to the manager. Poor customer service when all I want is a discussion on why this occurs from someone with knowledge of the blinds.

Our initial contact with the company was positive, with the woman who came to quote helpful and friendly - fantastic. However, once we paid our deposit, the service was dismal. Having booked in our check measure, the company rang to bring the date forward. When I left work early to be on site for this to happen, I waited 30 minutes with no one turning up. Apparently the installer had come early, measured some of the rooms and had left. When I rang to ask what was going on, they weren't apologetic at all. They had only done some of the rooms because tiling needed to be completed in the wet areas (this had been taken into account when I booked the original date). However, they weren't prepared to reinstate the old booking and told me to ring back later after the tiling was done. When I did, they said that I'd have to wait another two weeks for a new check measure (three weeks after I had paid the 50% deposit of $4700). When I complained, they said there was nothing that they could do. I then requested a refund based on their inability to complete the contract in a reasonable time. Eventually, after 10 days I got a call from a manager, who said it was my fault for agreeing to their request to bring the initial booking forward. Really unimpressed!

Worst company, even worse people, 2 faxed and fake. They come out all happy give you a quote and everything seems fine. As soon as you pay the deposit boom! true colour shine, no contact no email back 6 week wait alright all good. 6 weeks come by they install my blinds blackout... light leaks from the top and the bottom. I have literally emailed, texted and called every day and have not heard back, ignored completely. Worst company in Australia. legal action against this company is needed. scamming Aussies good hard earned cash.

We have used Accent Blinds with no trouble in the past but our last experience has made us decide not to use them again.3 of the blinds of 10 installed backwards.When they came out to fix them they left holes in our window architraves.We had to fix the holes at our own cost.Accent blinds said they should have had a chance to fix the holes and we are still liable to pay all of their costs!How about, do the job right in the first place!How many chances are you supposed to give to get the job done properly??3 times is way too many I say!

Great place for curtains and blinds. I've ordered the blinds for a new house month ago, their quality are just fantastic and the staff are friendly and professional. For price, I would say they are quite reasonable considering their quality and service. Highly recommend!
