Pearl Bridal - Designer Wedding Dresses

They have a huge selection here of absolutely beautiful gowns.The customer service feels like a hug/home cooked meal. My bridal party is spread across the country and my mum is in Cairns. But the lady who showed me dresses made me feel at home.They also have a beautiful selection of veils, definitely recommend this store.

Pearl Bridal was my second dress store try on, a much more calm experience & didn't feel rushed out the door. I almost found my dress at this store & I did appreciate not having to pay for this appointment, as other stores mandate. The lady was very lovely & offered a drink, etc. My only pointers would be that compared to the other store & the ones after, I definitely felt the most exposed. I would recommend for the future, that the dress assistance step out rather than turn around. Some beautiful dress options & streamline order process. Great communication & discussed options available.

I had the most amazing experience at Pearl Bridal with Jasmin. Prior to visiting Pearl I had a terrible experience at another well know bridal store on the GC and I'm not going to lie, it shook my confidence big time. I ended up calling Pearl Bridal right after my poor experience on a total whim. They were kind enough to fit me in on a Saturday (no prior booking). It's safe to say that the experience were like night and day. Jasmin was kind and patient and let me explore different gown types on my body. We ended up finding the perfect dress and Jasmin even let me try it on three different times before making a decision. Seriously, if you want a genuinely beautiful experience head to Pearl Bridal.

This was the first wedding dress appointment I had ever made and I went home crying. Horrible experience. As my wedding is close I could only buy off the rack. I went around looking for dresses in size 12 and said I can fit into some size 10s too. The lady consulting me said I would not fit into any size 10s and only picked size 16s for me. I persisted to try one size 10 that I liked on...The zip went up easily and then I got told to go for some 1km walks every morning and it will fit better. I don't know if I got treated this way because I was buying off the rack or for some other reason but it made me leave the store feeling judged and shamed.

Fantastic selection, good social media presence, and friendly service. I felt well taken care of at my initial try on where I ended up purchasing a dress I absolutely adored for the ceremony.I loved the range so much, I ended up coming back a few months later to purchase a second dress for the reception.I dealt with 4 different staff members during try-ons, phone calls, emails, and social media messages, and they were always very helpful and informative throughout all my enquiries.I don’t understand some of the negative reviews about rude service, it definitely was not my experience there.

Booked my initial appointment and staff were lovely. Booked a second appointment to try on the last few dresses and make my decision. I made the terrible mistake of booking this on a weekday when only Shamiran was on so she thought she could treat me worse than garbage. I have never been treated so terribly by a stranger in all my life. She ordered me around, berated me about trying on dresses and I then asked her if she would prefer I leave because I didn’t want to be there if I was causing some sort of issue for her. She had the nerve to turn around and make out like I had made it all up and she wasn’t being rude. She went back to being nice for about 10 seconds before having another personality snap. Never make the mistake of booking in while this old women is there, it will absolutely ruin any memories you have of dress fittings. I’d genuinely love to know how she keeps her job their considering all the other negative reviews specifically about her.

I purchased my dress from Pearl Bridal, and in my initial consultation in December I was measured by Shamiran. She told me that I was a size bigger than my usual size in my waist and hips according to the designer's sizing chart, and despite my hesitation, she confirmed that the sizing of the designer was different to normal. Meanwhile, she had measured me with my bra on, despite every other bridal shop measuring me without it. She also told me that I was not to put on any weight, as the dress would then not fit. I was quite taken aback by this.When I returned in May to pick up the dress, I put it on however it was far too big in the bust, waist and hips, so much so that it was falling down. Shamiran instantly told me that I had lost weight. I assured her that I hadn't, as I weigh myself every week. She then said that people can stay the same weight, but then put on and lose weight in different areas of their body. I assured her again that my weight and body type had definitely not changed. On the way out, she measured me again, however she pulled the tape quite tight on me, then held it in front of me and said 'see, you have lost weight'. Additionally, as we were standing by the counter, Shamiran whispered to my mum and I about a customer that had just walked in 'her wedding is next week. The dress she ordered online did not arrive, and she's trying to find a dress today. Is she serious.'As a result of this, I then had to pay hundreds of dollars more for a lovely seamstress to alter the dress so that it fit me properly.Unfortunately, as a result of this, I would not recommend Shamiran's service at Pearl Bridal to anyone. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable during an experience which should be an enjoyable one. I wish I had read the mutliple other negative reviews of Shamiran before attending Pearl Bridal, as I would have requested one of the other ladies there, who had been nothing but lovely to me during my other visits.

I had the best experience at Pearl Bridal. Jasmin served me and she made my day so special. She listened to my needs and wants and found me dresses that suited them. I tried on a few different styles and together, we found my dream dress. She had so much product knowledge and helped me envision the changes I could make. I am so in love with my dress. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you so much Pearl Bridal, especially Jasmin! Ps, the store is stunning and accompanied by a glass of champagne, I felt like I was in a movie.

I went in to try some dresses because they looked gorgeous online and they are beautiful dresses but an older woman with dark hair took care of my mother and I and I honestly felt like the biggest inconvenience to her, I had a c section about 3 months ago and she said “you still have time to lose weight” and after that comment i told my mum I had enough and just wanted to leave I couldn’t believe she actually said that to me, all the other staff seemed lovely and they do have beautiful dresses there but she made me feel really uncomfortable after the weight comment was made. I was in and out in about 15 minutes

Pearl bridal were extremely helpful and professional when I was finding my wedding dress. They were the first store I went to and with the amazing service they provided, I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable about not only their products, but the shape of a woman and how to best select a style that will suit each body. They also made me feel safe and comfortable in what can sometimes be very…revealing moments. With the help of the Pearl Bridal Team I was able to find the dress of my dreams and have it altered to fit my unusual body shape perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
