Highly recommend Mick. He is fast, reliable and gets the job done right. Will definitely be using him from now on, his different too others I've been too. His got an eye for detail, outstandingly fast and does the right thing by his customers. He made sure to order the parts i was needing fixed to have in by Monday so the car could be driven. Called Saturday arvo, called again Monday , both times I was told they would ring back , didn’t happen. Asked to get brakes bleed the machanic bleed the connections to the master cylinder not the wheel callapers I still have air in the line and can’t tell me when he can come back.so far they have charged me 100 dollars and still have not given me anything to go on . I should have done it my self .bleeding the.four brake cylinders will probably work.

This business is part of a wider group. Whilst on hold, their 'info mercial' mentioned they would beat any price for a pre purchase inspection. This was declined, when I spoke to their 'head office'. Price quoted was 3 times higher than I was quoted by a nearby small business mechanic. I did not engage this franchise/group, and was disappointed when they did not 'walk the talk', of their advertised promise...

booked for 4pm today - i waited around for 35 minutes.. tried to call and left messages... they finally called back to say sorry we forgot to put your job on the schedule.... offered to do it for me tomorrow, but i'm not about to waste my time again for a company that is that disorganised....
