Excellent management. I went to Bolton to find a tenant and manage my property during a difficult time stuck overseas due to COVID-19. The Bolton team were friendly, attentive, trustworthy and understanding. Special thanks to John and Janelle for helping with the transitions between tenants and after my return subsequent moving back into the apartment, and also for their care and consideration with the tenants. John de la Torre was honest, professional and worked hard to get an excellent result. As a seller, John never tried to pull the wool over my head and always kept focus on getting me the best result possible. John was always available to talk and kept me informed the entire time, whilst supporting with the renovation process on the property. I couldn’t recommend John enough and I certainly felt every cent of the commission was worth it. I can confidently say I wouldn’t have got the price I did, let alone in the current pandemic situation, like I did, if it wasn’t for John.In addition, Bolton & Co assisted with managing the property for 10 years prior to the sale. As I work overseas, this is a critical requirement, and their unfailing commitment to ensuring satisfactory resolution of problems has been, and remains, a principal reason for retaining their excellent services.

Just disappointed and upset by the way they treat tenants. John was much more supportive with his ability to provide good guidance and relevant information. But there are other rental property agents who have very poor communication skills, low emotional intelligence and quite time-poor. They may not really give much care or consideration to tenants.

We are very satisfied with Bolton & Co and our rental property is being professionally managed on our behalf. Janelle is great to work with, we are kept informed on any changes with the tenants and the property itself, and we are very happy with the service provided.
