My first pregnancy I lived in pain everyday from my pelvis and was told by doctors there was nothing to be done.When at 8 weeks pregnant the second time the pain came back I was not sure how I was going to get through it again. But gosh, am I lucky Saranga came into my life! After my first session I was practically pain free and could walk normally again. Then after todays session being given specific helpful advice not only on when to come back into the clinic but that there are things I can do at home to help the pain- I drove home crying in relief and happiness. I was heard and helped.You don’t know how much your help has meant to me and my family Saranga!

I started going for a knee injury 4 years ago. Was new to Australia and the team was so welcoming . Now I'm there twice a week for a ongoing shoulder injury and I know ill be able to get back to sport with the help of the whole team. If you want a family like physio . This guys are for you. So welcoming and caring

Absolutely lovely and personable staff.Accomodating with treatments varied to needs- I have had amazing relief with needling, cupping, PT treatments and reformer Pilates based on my own support needs.The staff go above and beyond to research outside supports to assist on long term supports.Overall, incredibly nice from the receptionist to the treating team!

Fantastic service, couldn’t speak more highly of the holistic approach. I felt better physically but also hopeful as a person after every visit.

Saranga and the team at Croydon Physiotherapy are the most caring, kind and efficient physiotherapist I have had treat me. They are always accommodating to have you seen in a time manner and provide the utmost high standard of care. Always a smiling face, having you leave better off then when you arrive. I have been Going to Croydon Physio now for 5 years regularly with an injury.During this time i have had the pleasure of meeting many of their bubbly staff.I have always had a positive experience (even when i am getting dry needling! I know im wierd!)The clinic overs many different services, always runs on time, always friendly. Highly recommend in fact have to friends and family or anyone who asks. Keep up the great work team

I have been attending this clinic for years due to a multitude of joint problems and surgeries. Saranga and the team here are such a delight and are incredible physios to see and they have helped me immensely on my recovery journey. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. What an amazing group of people! Saranga and the staff are all fantastic. I’ve always been treated with true care and shown a real desire by them to help you and get you back to feeling better.Reception is wonderful at arranging appointments for you when you need it and settling you in with heat packs in clean, quiet treatment rooms. It’s a great start to the treatment which has always been top notch and improved my condition every time. I would be lost without them after my terrible accident, especially Saranga and Gaya who have made such a huge difference to my daily life over the last 6 years and got me to where I am today. I’m so grateful.Saranga has also been treating my mum for the past 5 years and seen her through crippling polymyalgia rheumatica and two full knee replacement surgeries and worked diligently with her to the point where she is walking better than ever. They are all well trained and highly skilled and work hard to improve your life!

I can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate the team at Croydon Physio. I have extremely complex health conditions, and have received nothing but the very best treatment from every physio I’ve been treated by since I started attending the clinic in 2021. Prior to my treatment, I was needing hospital treatments for one of my conditions every 6-8 months. I’ve just gone 14 months without needing that treatment thanks entirely to the fantastic care of this team. Special shout out to my key physio, Gayu, who knows exactly what treatment I will require for which condition is causing the most pain/frustration this time. She is the most valuable member of my rather large health & allied health team.If you suffer from fibromyalgia, vestibular issues, POTS, dysautonomic issues or other chronic pain conditions this clinic should be your first appointment made - they are game changers and I’m just so thankful for Gayu, Saranga and the entire team! Oh - and Di and Caroline get an extra shout out for always making you feel extra welcome and cared for as you walk through the door!

I absolutely could not recommend this physio more! They are absolutely fantastic! The reception staff are so kind and friendly offering water and heat packs on arrival. I have been seeing Imone for about a month now and the results and support have been incredible! She is incredibly friendly and professional and incredibly well versed in all things mobility and pain management and building strength related!! I’ve seen almost immediate improvement. Absolutely over the moon you will not regret visiting Croydon physio
