Myself and my family have been attending Dr. Vincent's clinic since shortly after they opened. We have always found the entire staff and Dr. Vincent herself warm, professional and accommodating on all levels. I would highly recommend Mt. Helena Medical Centre to anyone, including those with small children.

Called to tell them we would be 10 minutes late due to unprecedented traffic as there were 2 x extra wide trucks going up great eastern highway at 30kms, only to be told me have 8 minutes and before they cancel our appointment, got there at 3 mintes after that time given and was denied the appointment. I understand there is a business to run, but really drove up here for nothong. We have been coming to this doctors surgery for over a year, not once being late until today.

Dr Jessica and her team are fabulous. No concern is too small and she won't brush off any of your worries. I'm so glad we now have a local doctor who is awesome, friendly and super helpful.

Attended the centre after my daughter collapsed at school from a suspected seizure. Was denied medical care/advice for my child by the doctor herself (as she was standing in reception area chatting to another patient), as she was “too busy” to tell me whether I need an ambulance or not. Appalled, disgusted and horrified by the lack of care or human decency offered to a sick child and panicked mother
