I had never had lash extensions before and was a little scared imagining the process, but my goodness Chantele is amazing and I never once worried once she started. She explained everything as she started something new and checked in on my regularly. I became so relaxed and comfortable in her space that I nearly fully fell asleep multiple times! I can't recommend her enough :)
