Had a seemless experience using Generate Energy to supply and install my new solar system. Communication and customer service was excellent, and products offered were high quality. Workmanship was excellent and very neat - time was taken to run cables through cavity walls with no ugly conduit exposed, etc. Consumption monitoring through the app was easy to set up and I've found to be a great tool to monitor solar performance. I’m beyond pleased with Generate Energy. From start to finish the team have been professional, trustworthy, patient & knowledgeable. I explored 3 companies and chose them based on their previous reviews, the reviews on the panels they recommended and Brett’s down to earth and genuine nature. Even when I changed my mind last minute with my inverter selection, they made me feel like nothing was a problem.My only after thought is that I could have possibly purchased a bigger system as I didn’t realise my air con was 5.4kw but hindsight is a great thing! So far the results are sensational and I love seeing the daily data.Cannot fault Generate, you won’t regret choosing them. Best in the business.

26 April 2023.Jarrod and the team back at the office were easy to deal with and my reason for using Generate Energy for this install was I have used them before for the first solar installation on the house, then a battery and Zappi EV charger. Plus installing solar at my brother's house. All previous work was done to a very high standard.On the day of installing my second solar system on the shed, the installation team led by Conrad arrived approx 8 am and worked hard until it was completed approx 2:30 pm.Generate Energy are highly recommended.Good, professional and clean install.A good, clean and professional install from Generate Energy at my brother's house.Jarrod was pleasant to deal with and when concerns were raised that the roof may not be strong enough to support the weight of the panels, Jarrod was able to visit my brother's house and have a look at the roof and confirm that it could take the weight.No issues on the day of the installation.I got Generate Energy to do the installation as I have used them before to install solar and a battery at my house and I am very happy with the work they did.

They really did do a great job. Installed on time. Looks great.Everything has worked faultlessly for the the roughly three years It's been on the roof. The Fronius monitoring is not the best if you don't want to pay the extra for the upgraded app. That doesn't bother me so much. Just wanted to save money with solar which it does. What really has tainted the experience is finding out that technically" my system is battery ready which is something I told them was a very important factor for me. I will have to fork out an extra $1500- $2000 for a unit between the pv and battery. To find this out myself after the install is very unprofessional and borderline shady. To pay over $8k for something that's not really what I was promised is really poor form guys. Hope you've been doing better by your customers in the mean time."

Highly recommended solar energy company, extremely professional, easy to deal with and communicate, ability to provide various options to suit your needs, applied and gained planning permission for our paddock mounted system, cannot recommend highly enough. We had a good look around at solar companies and so many didn’t even bother to return calls. Generate were great.
