They require signature on deliveries, which is the most unhelpful thing in this day and age. Making it to Australia Post is nearly impossible for anyone with a job, and nobody enjoys lining up on Saturday during that slim window they are actually open.Store was good, they just need to be more realistic with their shipping!

wow. how good is the Windsor Pool and Spa warehouse . I had to replace my saltwater cell , I rang up the Pool & Spa Warehouse at Windsor and a lady answered the phone , I am sure she told me her name was Tammy ,over 20 years experience in the pool insustrail , not only was the price right , but she put an order in for me to pick my Cell up from Bankstown which it was closer for me to pick up today , after install the cell , the display on the main system was showing errors , so I rang her up again and the service I got from her and the young guy working on Saturday 03/12/2022 was unreal , 100% service and customer care .. I use to go to another pool shop before , but now I will definitely change to Pool and Spa Warehouse .. thank you so much guys from the Windsor store . have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ..

Went Saturday before Christmas to buy a pool light in store hugely busy - none in stock - young man told they would contact me when they checked with the supplier on Monday - I was never contacted - ring 1300 number today - head office can’t put you through to store - ring store - waited 10 minutes - on hold no answer - gave up - went elsewhere on line - easy as - big means worse service often

Extremely happy with there service!One of the staff members Louis was so helpful from the moment I walked into the store. Not knowing much about pools, he took the time to go through everything with me, and came round that same day to install what I needed and, talked me through what to do also.I highly recommend pool & Spa to anyone.

Went here today and Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable. Guided us through all the necessary steps for our pool care. Thanks Chad, we will be back!

The service technician arrived without an appointment and luckily we were at home. Thankfully he did a good job. At the end when I offered him payment he took my credit card and took a photo front and back. I raised my concern, but he stated that this is required for payment though the store. 10 days later I was charged $90 but a week later I was charged $165. As it was after hours I had to cancel my credit card as I suspected credit card fraud. The new credit card took 7 days and the disputed refund took 61 days. After complaining to the Managing Director it took a reminder to get a response and disappointingly not even an apology was offered.

I am the regular customer of this store. Chad and Tom are the best, the service they provide is outstanding. Managment should be proud to have these boys in their team.
