Admit they sell products that don’t necessarily do what they say on the pack.When returning an item for refund you are met with obsfucation, and nonsense about them not being able to search their software for the sale.$450 down the gurgler. Appalling experience.

Super helpful staff who are very experienced and can answer all my questions. The people out the back in the drive through are really helpful too and carry everything you want to your car. We have price checked several items and they have all been cheaper here than at bunnings too which is great. Love getting all our stuff here.

So disappointed in the service of this place - we made it on time just before close - got the products quickly and headed to the register to be told we wouldn’t be allowed to purchase because they shut the registers down. Utterly disgraceful and you lost loyal customers.

The knowledge of the staff went over and above my expectations. They helped me with life saving advice on treating my sick chicken. They stock a great range of poultry products not sold in the average pet shop. Highly recommend!

These guys are always friendly and have what I need at a great price. I can even order over the phone. They also have a great drive thru collection area and they load heavy items into my car!
