JC Pool Services & Repairs Fairfield

I have been going to JC Pools Fairfield for just over a month now and love popping in for a visit. Graham has been extremely knowledgeable and given me generous amounts of his time explaining things and how they work.Isaac is also very knowledgeable and kind.Jamie has even come out to fix a heaters/pumps when needed and shown me how to best maintain everything.Love this team!!

Terrible after sales service, bought a pool cleaner from them at a higher price than was available and it broke after only 11 months. They sent it back to the manufacturer for service which took a month! Now they won't return the repaired product and are trying to charge freight costs on top of this! even though in the warranties and under ACCC consumer law you can not charge for this.Be warned if you buy a product from them expect to be slogged with costs even when it's not your fault!

Mother in law called these guys to clean our pool as they are a local business and the other local pool shop was fully booked out.We always like supporting local business as we are local business owners ourselves.Paid $275 for someone to come, put in chemicals and clean , pool guy advised he will come back few days later to check to make sure pool is safe to swim (did not say anything about a further charge) so far was happy ...UntilNO ONE SHOW UP To checkCalled and was on the phone with a rude lady with the worst customer service. Very unprofessional.We advised her no one showed up ,Few days later someone checked the pool .( Charged us $125)When we questioned why we were charged for the water to be checked after the first pool guy did not mentioned anything about being charged.She bluntly treated my mother in law by tell her they will take it to debt recovery if she refused payment.Mother In law paid as she didnt want any drama.

Got them to quote on equipment because they were a local business. Decided not to proceed with quote. They sent me an invoice for $82.50 as call out fee.I have explained they have treated me unfairly, was never advised of the charge nor did I know they were coming out on the day they visited. (10 minutes they were there) . They are aggressive and are pursuing me for the $82.50. Such short term vision to focus on pennies than the big picture.

If you want you pool healthy I highly recommend these guys , super friendly and give great advise on how to look after your pool, will be coming back even after moving away from the area 30 min drive now:) thanks guys. People just listen to advise first and get chemicals as advised might be pricey at first but once you get it right it's a breeze to have a healthy pool with good advice.

Great advice and friendly service but not open and no sign up at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon. Wasted trip. No one answering the phone at Cannon Hill either. What’s the deal?

Fantastic service!The team was awesome to deal with and super speedy on installation of our new pump and filtration system.Very helpful with managing the pool chemistry also.I would very much recommend these guys for all your pool service needs.

I got JC Pools to quote on repairs to my Robot pool cleaner. Given the year that 2020 was, I could not afford to go ahead with the repairs. The staff were still really friendly despite not getting the repair works.Thanks folks.Also - they gave me a fair price on Mineral salt and other pools goods.I will more than likely be back for further purchases.Thanks JC Pools.
