Do not buy from here, company does not send products and does not respond to emails or messages on Messenger. Telephone number is also disconnected. Have sent multiple emails, and posted on their facebook page for an update on my order and they have been extremely efficient at deleting all my posts where I have simply asked for an update on my order, if only they were that good at responding to questions.I ordered their Ultimate Free Refill Pack as well as 3 Hand Sanitisers on the 07/03 . I didn't even receive half the order that I paid for and I have been trying to reach them since I received the order but they have just completely ignored me. Although they certainly have enough time to be going through Facebook and deleting posts. This goes to show their deliberate actions to hide their intention to not deliver on what people have purchased.I would avoid this company due to their unconscionable conduct, and for others who have experienced this from Ayers & Co, I would highly recommend reporting them to ACCC as well as your relevant state authority (Consumer Affairs for Victoria and NSW Fair Trading) as non-delivery of products contravenes Australian Consumer Law.I have attached photos below of the items I received for my large order - there is a whole heap missing - the first image is an image of the items I received, the second two are images of what I actually ordered. The rest are images of some of my posts, all of which have been deleted by Ayers & Co. In addition to these posts, and messages sent on Messenger, I have also sent 4 emails to them and tried to call their disconnected number multiple times.You've been warned. Take it from me, go elsewhere.
