Absolutely discussing. Both March and April.Service extremely slow, missing items from several people's orders. One guy pushing up glasses all the time he hit his forehead wirh someone's ice cream and still gave them to customers. Orders being push done shoot an falling apart. Family manager wiping nose, hands through her hair and handling food. April I wanted to order food but on seeing a male staff member playing wirh his greasey hair, putting his hands in his pockets, hitching up his pants was so discussing to watch. Ended up just getting coffee.This is my 1st ever review on anything, as it was so bad I thought I would write this. We live on the Tablelands and in the past has been a go to on the way home for all our family . NOT any more!!

Very modern mcdonalds its big its clean and has some tables ive never seen before with paper plain folding diagrams cool for the kids. The play ground is Big for a maccas aswell.

Went through the drive thru. They missed fries from my order. I drove around again. The team leader/manager explained that I didn't order fries and told me to move on. I showed them my payment total, which clearly added up to paying for fries. They then threw the bag of fries in my car window and said nothing. 9:50am 25/02/2023.

Wow. Got a coffee this morning at 7:45am and holy moly was the girl at the first window in the drive-thru so rude.Asked for a medium deluxe iced coffee with skim milk and caramel. They accidentally added extra caramel syrup to the coffee so I asked if she could remove it before I paid for it. She replies with a huge sigh and rolls her eyes at me and upon pulling up to the window she doesn’t even say good morning or greet me in any way.After fixing the mistake she then makes another mistake and adds full cream instead of skim. Eventually I gave up, paid, pulled up to the next window and had to tell the other staff not to put full cream in the coffee.Honestly sweetheart, if you don’t like your job, get another one. Other than that, the coffee was very nice and exactly how I like it.

How hard is it? Yet again we collect an order to find that they have messed it up.This is becoming all to familiar. Staff Cleary don’t read the orders and any quality control mechanisms are failing.

Ordered a ham and cheese toastie, just got gooey toasted bread,no filling. not the first time something like this has happened. Got a refund but no offer of replacement food. Left hungry and upset.

Worst maccas in FNQ. Chips tasted like cardboard. No pickles or onions on my burger. Restaurant was dirty and staff were miserable. Ordered an extra sweet and sour sauce with our nuggets yet didn't receive it or the one that was supposed to come with the nuggets. Once we asked staff for the missing sauces they replied with we have none in stock" yet didn't offer to reimburse the $1 we paid for it.All round shocking experience and will avoid in the future."

Amazingly bad.. especially for a McDonald's and customer service,, food quality and staff.First issue was a half filled small coke, went to counter to get it top up and was met with a girl with long hair in plat chatting up a bunch of boys, she didn't even look at me and walked straight past to hang out with the bunch of boys while on her shift working.. thankfully another staff member apologied and helped me out. (He didn't need to, he was lovely).Then back to my table to eat with family, we found half our order was missing, kids nuggets, chips cold, no spoon for icecreams. So back to counter with the girl still chatting up the guys, I asked for the missing nuggets and she grabbed a cold box that had been sitting in the made order area since we walked in and handed them to me. At this time we were over it, at and leaving. The girl ended up walking off completely with multiple staff looking for her, shaking their heads and went back to work. Absolutely no Manager in sight during all of this and no control over staff, we did see a Staff Trainer go in and out to check out cars multiple times and no help to waiting customers at the counter either.Idk what is with this McDonald's but the lack of training, senior staff and respect for customer and food service is distrusting.I absolutely hate that iv had to leave a review this bad but unfortunately this isn't the 1st time this experience has happened here.. we just hoped it changed.

30mins in a park bay waiting for my food. Only to walk in and be told that the order had been filled. A mistake was made and they gave the order to someone else. But no offerings of some free fries or nothing. I don't normally go online and rant but I was left very disappointed. I have had other experiences, but they usually do something special to make up for it.

My order was stuffed up. I ordered a Double Big Mac and was given a standard one. Very annoying when it's through Drive Thru. Of course they did fix and upgrade to a large meal deal. My biggest concern is with the value at Macas. You pay upwards of $15 for any medium meal deal. And the burgers are so small and the fries are always half full. It's a real put off when for a few dollars more you can go to Burger Urge and get so much better value for money. It's just not quite as convenient. But if they keep stuffing the orders up, well not so much right?
