What can I say except I always go to Bunnings wanting something specific & leave with what I wanted plus a whole lot more!! I LOVE BUNNINGS! It's the only issue, you end up getting what you need & so much more. It is never a quick visit as there is so much to see & buy.

Good Bunnings store I was surprised to find it is a bigger full sized stores. Large sized nursery as well. It has a dedicated tradies pick up. Lots of staff on hand to tell you where everything is. A great big car park with an area for trucks and vehicles with trailers.

Best Bunnings I've visited for the quality of their plants and gardening supplies. Staff are always very helpful and the store is well laid out, parking is easy.

Service getting worse and not sure the products are well looked after. Brought a nelex hose for 30 marked down to 25 it started to bulge straight away big bubbles in the outside then leaking . Had it perished ?. Gave up didn't have the receipt so decided such is life get another. Go there today can't find any staff. Ask a tall gent he's helping on 18 and says he will come back. He talks to a granny for 10 mins then walks right by me and helps someone else

I visited Bunnings Noosaville today about 3:30 to buy a toilet cistern. I found the area myself but no sales staff in any of the nearby aisles. I found a person relaxing behind his computer so I asked him if there was anyone who could help me. Unmoved, he said he would send someone. 10 minutes later, still no one. Another 10 minutes,,still no one. Finally a fellow came and asked what kind of cistern I wanted. I said one of those 15 feet up there but I couldn't really see from 15 ft below. He came back with the lift device and got to one I pointed at and left my choice on the lifting device and disappeared. I decided I would also like to have a look at another possible choice but I didn't have another 20 minutesI took choice off the lifting steps with no-one offering to get me a trolly. It was heavy for an 80 yr old. The check out chick grunted the amount owing, unable to crack a smile, so I paid paid probably going elsewhere next time

A very busy, smaller store. The staff are always attending to customers queries, taking and dispatching orders. One downside is that stock might be out for a while before it's replenished. Listening to the team members advising customers on the correct products to use for their projects was heartening.

Poor customer service Bunnings, No stock on the shelf after checking online to see the website says they are in stock! Why have a stock availability on your website when it's incorrect? Is this not miss information?Asking for help the staff just say it must be a customer order, without even looking. It felt like they just couldn't be bothered to look. Poor effort I thought.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful at this Bunnings. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Heather, who happily kept an eye on my dog while I had to run in quickly. She’s an absolute gem and a credit to the store.

was served by a pleasant and knowledgeable young man who went the extra mile by explaining the products I was purchasing. Thanks Liam. The bloke on the checkout was equally as helpful. My only beef is the aisles appear the be narrower than my home bunnings store. Not much room to move when the aisle is full of people.
