Came here on a whim as we were visiting a nearby location. Ended up being the best decision we made all day.Caught them just before closing. Ordered the Ruben and the 3 Cheese Truffle and had a grin from ear to ear on my face while eating the food.Food is fresh and the pastries are impossible to avoid. You'll smell the food they're cooking up throughout the whole block and it's mesmerizing. Can't wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu.

Pastries for any feast.Best pastries one must try in sydney. While special mention goes for their tarts, they have also have unique list of items in their menu that gives you hard time to decide which to choose and which to save for later. We went for brunch in two and satisfied with our visit. While pastries and coffee are at their best, our truffle 3 cheese toast is over-baked which is still understandable. Thanks to the team for their service and warm welcoming face they always put on.

Quite a large selection of sweet and savoury food.In my opinion it's the pastry that sets Tuga apart from other establishments.Their Portuguese Tarts are simply the best and would solely travel there for just them!Having said that, their other pastries are also very good.Their savoury foods pies, and sandwiches are also good.Seating outdoors is very limited. The parking can be a little difficult especially on Saturday mornings and the usual peak hours.Price is a little on the higher side.Friendly staff.Well worth the visit.

So good! With great coffee and pastries and a beautiful place with lovely designs by fresh plants. If I wasn't on a diet I would like to taste their desserts with no doubts. You can see the delicious desserts in the photos that I shared.

Best Pastry ever. This pictures are from our second visit because we fall in love of each thing that we tried. Everyone was very kind, beautiful coffee and excellent mattcha lattes. Every bite is like heaven, salty or sweet. I would to recommend you something, I can't because everything is amazing. Don't miss the chance to visit the place, we will go this week again for another bite. Guys, thanks for your effort. You're great!

Famous for their Portuguese tarts, this very popular bakery is tucked away on the side of a highway in Alexandria - about a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest station. Was it worth the trek? I’d say yes - the pastries were fresh and beautifully made. Portuguese tarts were very creamy and crispy with a dash of cinnamon. Lemon meringue croissant was (bit too) sweet, strawberry and pistachio croissant wheel was good but didn’t find it anything special as the strawberry jam overpowered all other flavours. The chicken and leek pie had huge chunks of meat in it which was good. However the chai latte was just ok.

Update 2023.Came for brunch on a Sunday morning and was sorely disappointed.Ordered a 3 cheese toasty, price has increased and quality has decreased. The bread was stale!!! For a $15 toasty I would expect better. Bacon and egg roll the bacon was 80% fat.Coffee was ok but not fantastic, and staff services as below average. Not bad but not memorable or good.Safe to say I would not come back, table ordering has been removed, items and menus not available you kind of need to look at the window. Prices are not listed for any items in the store.2022Came for brunch and the quailty of the food and pastries was phenomenal!!Highly recommended the cheese and truffle toasty. And basically all the dessertsDog friendly, pastry is good for a casual brunch or breakfast

Omg so good! Anything with a pastry crust on it - sweet or savoury - is to die for! It's so crisp, light and flaky, but melts in your mouth. The steak pie was so good, the crust melding with the sauce on the inside, but staying crisp on the outside. The tarts are also equally amazing, just the right amount of sweet with a dusting of cinnamon. The breakfast wrap was also great - the wrap they used didn't seem like your regular ole burrito wrap. It was also a little flaky and crisp when toasted. It's very filling though, so come hungry. Burned the roof of my mouth a little bit, but so worth it!
