My wife went to get a prescription processed there. Instead of giving her the brand she asked for. The pharmacist hid a more expensive brand concealed in a paper bag.When she realised what had happened. She went back to exchange it for the brand she asked for. Pharmacist acted arrogant and condescending. Refusing to exchange it.

Absolutely useless. Booked in for booster shot and turn up on the day and they can’t give as their shots are out of date. Don’t waste your time. You would think it would be good business practice to check use by dates priot

I Have tried calling 3 times today to cancel a vaccination appointment however the phone system just hangs up on me. I have obtained decent prices from their compounding pharmacy but their over the phone and e mail customer service needs some development.

Very bad customer service. Just want a RAT test and is making us with 20 mins. I can see the test in front of the counter. However, no one to serve us. This is stupid.

Had a confirmed appointment for covid vaccination. On arrival, we were denied the vaccination just because they had issues with the Internet since don't know how long. Not able to understand what's the catch here or link between Internet and a jab. Ridiculous! Atleast, they could have rang us in the morning about their issues (if genuine), so I did not had to take a day off.
