They provide excellent service with hairstyling hair dying and cut but they have no price list that’s why I’m giving only two stars. Prices are higher than other hair salons. And they don’t charge the same for everyone. I was happy with the service but not coming back until they have a fixed advertised price list which is the same for everyone.Will be more reliable and more convenient to the customers

Terrible customer service, unprofessional and rude. They have no idea how to do hair or make up. They told me one price over the phone and charged me something else. On top of that they talk in Arabic and laugh at you, if you make a comment about what you don’t like. Marymano make up artist needs training as she is terrible at make up. Milad needs to fix his attitude and stop making a scene and being so rude to customers. Overall a terrible mix. Don’t got there.

If i can give this place 6 stars i would!I am a melbourne resident and my wedding was in sydney so I didn’t know any hairdressers around.I had an emergency where my hair dresser didnt show up for my wedding day. It was 8am and i was desperate for a hairdresser. Our makeup artist recommended this place and they took me in straight away. The staff were super friendly! They asked me exactly what i wanted and they gave me the exact same look i was expecting! They did it within a very small time frame with so much professionalism and detail. The staff became to calm me down to not get stressed and that everything will be all good to not ruin my special day. Management is amazing! Quality of work is amazing! Wouldn’t have done my hair anywhere else!

I had the worst experience ever there, my makeup was horrible & I asked just to fix it but she made it even worse. I don’t know what kind of things she used, my face colour was orange and my hair was terrible. Milad, shame on you how you can call yourself an artist, even my little son asked me who did this to you. I hope one day you learn to respect your customers .

I had the worst experience with a make up artist and hair stylist in my life. I booked an appointment for 11 am and had to wait for 45 minutes until someone actually started working on my hair. The make up artist Marymano which is supposed to be the senior make up artist has no make up skills whatsoever. She did not even do a skin prep. I showed her a reference photo and my make up did not look anything like the photo. I looked like a drag queen and my skin looked terrible. My cheeks were all pink even though I told her to use warm colours only. The foundation was heavy and caky. I’ve never seen a makeup artist apply make up like this before. When I said I don’t like the make up, she said it looks like you have never done make up before. The make up was so trashy a 5 year old could do it. Half way through my hair I walked out as I knew they could not get anything right. My hair did not looks anything like the photo either. They charged me $200 for hair and make up even though when I called them to book the appointment, they told me make up was $80 and was $100. Don’t go to this place, they have no idea what they are looking. A person that has not been trained before can do a make up better than their make up artists.

Horrible service. Milad is rude and aggressive and just wants you to pay. They book too many people at the same time and he couldn’t do my hair at the time I was booked for and keeps telling me he wants to leave and I need to hurry up with my make up. I told them I hated my make up and hair as none of them looked like what I showed them to. I literally had to wash the whole thing off and redo it myself. Anyone with zero training could have done a better job than these people. I had to pay them $200 as I was afraid he might attack me and hit me. He was so aggressive and rude that I just had to get out of there. Wasted my time and money

Milad & Mary are my one and only favorite hairdresser and makeup artist. I like their personalities. They are fun, confident at what they do, and very skillful. Everytime I go for a makeup, I trust her because she does whatever look suits my skin tone and what best highlights my features, and of course I love the outcomes and got a lot of compliments for it.Thank you for making me comfortable to be at your centre. You always exceed my expectations❤️❤️

The staff were very nice and I was able to get an appointment quickly. They offered coffee to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I was happy throughout the process. I’ve never been so happy with my hair before he walked me through everything and made sure I was very happy. My hair has never looked better. It was an amazing experience and I’m in love with the results

The best place I had ever been to , highly recommend, the team is very professionalI have been in for my hairstyle and makeup services in my all occasions as well as my engagement party I was glammed by their magical hands.Milad is so professional and talented as well as his friendly team especially Rivine , I like the way Milad and his team greet their customers and the way his team treat their clients as they very professionalI had a great experience with hair colouring as well as cutting, blowdrying .. etc.I have had my make up done by Mary Mano twice and Dima Alahmar once it was amazing Can’t thank them enoch for making my engagement day as great as it was.The prices are suitable for everyone as the professional services worth the Money.Go to this place definitely you will go again and again as I did and will do always.

Unequivocally the worst experience with a hairstylist ever I watched my partner suffer through 7 hours in the chair here for a job that should have been completed in 3. I dropped her off at 9:30am and we didn't leave until 4:45pm. Understaffed and unprofessional prepare to be sat and left unattended for hours on end and then given attitude by Milad. I'd liken this experience to torture. If the (lack of) stylists moved any slower they'd be in a coma. Her hair was left damaged due to the full salon of clients booked in for a handful of stylists. Thankyou for wasting our entire Saturday and almost making us miss the very event her hair was being styled for.
