Fantastic customer service.We had an issue with two wardrobes and needed a refund.The issue has been resolved quickly and with no complications.We've been buying from Fantastic Furniture for years and on the rare occasion where we need an issue to be rectified, it's always a breeze.We often decide to shop with Fantastic Furniture as the after purchase care is always good .Highly recommended.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I understand that delivery is delayed due to lockdown but did not receive a single communication from the store about the delay until I chased them up for answers. Was told last week that my order was already on a truck and on it’s way, then received an email yesterday after chasing up again informing me my items are still in Sydney.

I purchased a lounge from fantastic furniture which took several months to arrive. I unpacked it and it has a huge crease across the back of it. I email Fantastic Furniture as I unpacked it on the Friday night the day I received the delivery and couldn't phone as they were closed. I received advice by email that my complaint would be directed to the store I purchased the lounge from and I would get a reply within 48 hours. I phoned the Tuggerah store which I purchased the lounge on the Monday to see if they had received my email. The woman I spoke to said not yet but when they do I can decide whether I want it replaced, want to return it or want some money off. I rang today, a week later and the manager has advised that this huge crease which was in the lounge when unpacked is not under warranty. I have been advised I can keep it or return it myself. I paid for delivery and now they want me to somehow return the lounge myself. If I could return it I obviously I would have picked it up. I know their furniture is not top quality but until today I thought their customer service was.

Rude and lazy staff. Purchased a new table and chairs which they confirmed was in stock in store... then waited for litterally 30 mins whilst the warehouse staff were trying to locate my items. Never found them and had to get a refund. No apology from staff. Disgusting work ethic from this Fantastic Tuggerah team.

The staff are always so helpful and lovely at the Tuggerah and West Gosford store, nice to see consistently good customer service !

Good price,but mechanics very stiff..money refunded

I purchased a pantry on line yesterday for delivery Super fast service it was delivered today. Drivers were great.Flat packed. Nothing lines up on it. The back panel is off line, the cupboard doors are off line and therefore there are now chips in it already. Even the door handles don’t line up. It was still over $200 with delivery. I would expect that the predrilled holes would line up at least.Remind me to never buy flat pack from fantastic furniture.
