Good was delicious and menu super original. I had the hash brown with cured trout and a slice of the home made banana bread. My partner had the fritters, everything stunning. And I must confess I wasn't expecting those flavours. Coffee was great too. Definitely will be back and recommend.

With a beautiful day outside, this place was a good choice. I have walked past many times however today was the day.Staff greeted us at the front.Water and menus brought to the table.Great service from all staff. Polite and friendly.I even spilt my glass of water, the friendly waiter cleaned it up immediately without a fuss or rant.Coffee, Walnut Brownie and Banana Bread all good.The atmosphere is calming and inviting.The menu looks good with a wide range to choose from for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Great recommendation from a local and they accommodated us without a booking on one of the busiest days of the year.Delicious food, delicate portions, plenty of gluten free and dairy free options.The service is high class too.

Came here for late lunch on a Saturday without any reservation and the restaurant was full of patrons, but the lovely host was kind enough to offer me a table at the bar. I would’ve gone for the degustation but it’s a minimum 2 pax, so ended up ordering a bunch of entrees & dessert. Price is similar to what you’ll find in Sydney.Hamhock Croquette - sold by the piece, so good!Kingfish - definitely recommended, served on a bed of thin potato rostiBurrata - good for sharing but not too sickening even for 1 person. Love how the puffed rice adds a crunchy twist to the dish.Coconut Rice Pudding - The rice with its lightly burnt aroma (guessing from the bruleed figs) nicely cuts through the otherwise rather dense dessert.Will be back for sure for the degustation / breakfast.

Easily the best fine dining experience I've ever had in the mountains in 30 years. Exceptional and unique food served with care and flair, with a perfectly made martini. Recommended without hesitation.

Some friends and I stopped in for breakfast before heading to Sublime Outlook. Such an interesting menu! Staff was super friendly. I got the Hasbrown with trout and horseradish, I was unsure of the dish at first but our waiter mention it was one of their top sellers. He did not disappoint, one of the best breakfast dishes I've had. Such a diverse taste it blended so well! We did not get any pastries but they all looks fantastic. Our friend got the falafel dish and that was also very tasty!

Great place in Katoomba. Not open a lot on the weekend but has friendly staff and good food. If I ask for black coffee with cream, they are generous with the cream. I like how you can build a plate, and choose from all the breakfast options. I chose fried eggs, bacon, feta and cheese. They just added the lettuce and bread.

What an absolute delight it was to dine here on the 1st April. It was a wet and rather chilly evening but the restaurant has a lovely warmth to it and a beautifully relaxing aesthetic...perfect for a date night. We shared the olives and the haloumi to start....memorable and delicious! for main we shared two vegetable sides and the steak with green peppercorn jus. The steak was absolute perfection. I couldn't fault it. It shares the spotlight with my two most perfect steaks of all time...one in Adelaide and one in Provence. The jus was just as amazing. For dessert we had the apple crumble and the choccy mousse. Apple crumble was light and sweet...my husband devoured the mousse and is still talking about it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable meal. ❤️

This is a lovely place - great coffee, fabulous & unique menu, and great staff in a lovely venue. I’ve been here a couple of times and have always enjoyed it. Definitely one of the top cafes in Katoomba.
