The Sanctuary At Hillside

I am genuinely grateful for the care, love and understanding that the entire team at Sanctuary has shown towards my grand daughters. They have attended Sanctuary for almost 3 years now and they love it there. They wait to go to sanctuary and eagerly interact with their teachers, staff and even management.It is extremely comfortable place for children due to highly trained staff like Preeti, kinder teacher. She is a real gem and connects very well with children. She always finds time to understand kids and bond with them to help them reach there fullest potential. My granddaughters just love her.Kelly, the owner, is very nice and friendly. Always available to chat or discuss anything.I cannot imagine sending my grand daughters anywhere else. We are extremely grateful to staff, management and entire team. They truly care about each child. Highly recommend this place. Best place for your kids.

My son started his experience in the sanctuary at hillside from the nursery room and went through all the years of pre-school at the centre.We have found most of the staff to be warm, caring and concerned in his progress over the years.The 3yr and 4yr kinder program was well implemented with new activities and initiatives organized by the room leads.We have had constructive discussions with the owner and staff when we were concerned about few things. Their responsiveness and care to address the matter promptly was appreciated.My son has fond memories of his time at the place and continues to miss his teachers as he starts schooling this year.My wife and I would recommend the place for your child where they would feel accepted and appreciated.

Fantastic place!! Love the atmosphere and that there is a lot of outdoor based play! Lovely staff & very nurturing. Everyone is very friendly with a smile on their faces!

My daughter has attended here for just over a year now. I would highly recommend this daycare. We couldn't be more more happy with the level of care she receives, I absolutely love the teaching style also.All the staff are incredible, it's one of the hardest jobs and they all do it so well, my daughter's adores every teacher she's had. You can tell they truely love children.On days she doesn't have daycare, she wants to go, that to me is the biggest sign of how much she loves it. And when I pick her up she is happy to stay playing.We are thankful we have our daughter here, we have so much piece of mind.

Absolutely love everything about the sanctuary! The staff are amazing! My son has been attending there for 18 months now and my daughter just started. They are so kind and caring I feel so confident and stress free leaving my kids there while I’m at work. Tegan, Caitlin and Stacey are always so helpful with any information needed to make the kids comfortable and happy.

The Sanctuary is a wonderful place of care for our children. The staff are caring and compassionate and do a great job of educating. The facilities are clean and the food is incredible. Would definitely recommend this centre for local families.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the most amazing experience my son has had at the Sanctuary during the past two years. The entire team from management to carers and key leaders work exceptionally well ensuring the most positive experience is delivered at all times.We have previously used other childcare centers and this by far stands out from the rest. Kellie the owner genuinely cares for her staff and all our little people. You only have to step into the reception area to feel the warm and positive vibe.It’s an extremely demanding job yet all staff are always welcoming and extremely caring which speaks volumes of the way the center operates with staff who love what they do. I would like to especially mention the kinder room which this year has delivered such a well thought out program incorporating play based learning, structured learning time, as well as customized learning depending on the child’s interests and needs. The list goes on. Preeti the kinder education leader is very nurturing and engaging with both parent and kids. She is such a great asset to the Sanctuary. The kids just adore her. She’s always available for a chat, feedback and open to working with parents to help children achieve their best potential in preparation for school. I would highly recommend this centre.

Lovely educators who go above and beyond for all the kids in their care. They focus on the kids having fun and learning and I love their approach to this. My daughter loves going there.

We just recently enrolled our child at The Sanctuary at Hillside. My son has special needs and the centre is very supportive in assisting us so that he can be included in the activities and have the best possible experience. They are also very responsive to any queries and promptly give us any updates. He adjusted fairly quickly too. He is now settled in his room and happy to be at the centre. All the staff are very friendly and they try to accommodate all our requests. We are happy with The Sanctuary and we look forward to our child’s journey with them.

I would recommend the sanctuary at hillside to anyone who was looking for somewhere for their children to go. You can’t go wrong. I have been apart of the sanctuary family for 5 years now with my oldest just finished there and I still have 2 children attending. The staff are amazing and always willing to help, they are always kinds and caring towards my children. Nothing is too much for them. They have amazing indoor outdoor areas for kids to enjoy, my kids enjoy going there and eat more there than they too at home. I have so much trust in the staff at the sanctuary and know anyone that sends their children there would not be dissappointed.
