Dr Smith and the Girls and both Engadine and Miranda Branches are fantastic. I have had invisalign treatment with them and they take good care of you there, always exceeding my expectations for customer service and they show genuine care for you and your treatment. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Steven and his team are very professional and friendly.Had my retainers done and get them same day in the afternoon. They are really fit me perfectly.I also had an Invisalign consultation with Dr. Steven. He gave me really helpful information and answered every questions that I’ve concerned.Emma and his wife, Ann are so friendly and always make me feel comfortable all the time I‘ve been there.The location is really nice, convenient and easy to find the parking spot.

Had a wonderful experience with Mysmile and would highly recommend. They told me everything that would be involved with my daughter from start to end and my daughter been young was made to feel very comfortable with everything. The staff were all amazing and very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Again I would highly recommend Mysmile to anyone, you won’t be sorry, I sure wasn’t, could not be happier and could not fault them at all, our whole experience at Mysmile but nothing but pleasurable and warm inviting environment..

Ralph Schimann is the most unprofessional orthodontist I have had the experience of dealing with. He has left me with a mouth that is unable to close and severe tinnitus due to his treatments. I have seen other specialists who have openly stated his treatment is unacceptable. When asked about the problems Ralph Schimann becomes defensive and literally asked me “what does he want me to do” when he is meant to be the specialist.Under no circumstances do I recommend his practice and though some of the staff are nice and even sympathetic, he himself will not respond well to problems caused by his treatment. I am now in the process of being ignored by this man while suffering from the treatment he has given me. I recently received a letter suggesting to come in to “monitor the final phase of my orthodontic treatment” when I’ve been left with terrible work and severe tinnitus from this man’s work.Stay away at all costs, he’s only interested in your money and it’s a very expensive problem to pay for.

The team at Mysmile are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are so happy we decided to have our two daughters treated here and feel confident the results will be amazing. Collette.

My daughter is very anxious about the dentist so I was very concerned to see how the orthodontist would work out. From being greeted at reception to the assessment stage we were treated by lovely friendly staff who where child focused and caring towards my child this assisted in a positive experience I highly recommend MySmile orthodontist for anyone and particularly those with anxious children.
