I engaged DSB to custom design and obtain planning permits for my four projects in Hampton, Parkdale, Highett, and Chelsea. The respective projects were duplexes (x2), a backyard unit and also a 3 unit development.DSB managed to use the available space extremely well on all four sites through a deep understanding of efficient floorplan design and the over-arching regulations of council. They also had a keen eye for keeping the build costs to a manageable level throughout the design process, which helped to protect the final profit / equity.DSB s expertise in dealing with a few tricky issues at council really saved me alot of headaches, and the planning permits were negotiated under great terms, delivering quite large homes which definitely generated a bit more bonus profit.The assistance at the start of the process was particularly helpful in giving me the confidence around what I could develop for each of the sites, which helped to inform my feasibility studies, and allowed me to move forward knowing what to expect for each project.I would recommend highly!Jim Georgio.
