Professional , knowledgeable and accommodating. Our experience with Philip Nicholas and his colleague Mitch Harris was extremely pleasant. When the property was listed in the market and inspection was going on, I was unable to attend due to other commitments. My wife went for the inspection and told me she liked the property and was interested in moving forward. Upon request, Mitch and Philip arranged a second inspection exclusively for us so that I was able to inspect the property before making the decision to purchase it.
