I was looking for a tiles shop around my suburb and I end up to this whole seller.I was impressed with the service of the family running the business.The staff is very knowledgeable of the products. There are reasonable variety of different tiles origin from Egypt, China, Italy, Spain, India and Local producers, name them all. You don’t get disappointed.The price of any tiles are very much reasonable and delivery charge is also standard.The great thing I like on this shop is, the staff will make it sure they have enough stock of products locally before committing orders otherwise the costumer has to wait couple of days for delivery.If you live around Mt Druitt, Rooty Hill, Minchinbury, Erskine Park, Colyton or closer.You better consider Dada Tiles shop for your next flooring project.

Pravin is a Good guy you can't beat his prices.It doesn't look like a big variety when you get there but has all the stuff you need to make it look like lets say a bathroom in a brand new block of units he has samples to look at which can be ordered and sent with the next shipment I think once a month he was telling me. If you are gonna do it yourself ask him before you start im just a handy man he gave me some helpful advice I think he might be a tiler don't take my word for it go meet the man yourself.

I have never written a negative reviewBut I feel compelled to comment after the appalling customer service from the manager at Dada Tiles. Make sure you check tiles delivered from these people. Tiles were delivered in good time but on our front lawn. We didn’t check them as presumed they wouldn’t be broken. Tiler couldn’t start till 10 days later and discovered full box of broken tiles. I rang Dada and of course it’s not his fault .. although he acknowledged we didn’t break them - they were delivered broken but it’s a supplier issue so we need to pay again.Ok. I paid another invoice Over the phone because I need the tiles to finish the job don’t I .. payment went through to my card no problem and I advised my tiler would come and pick up replacement tiles.Then he rings back and says I need to come into store to pay because he ‘doesn’t take payment over the phone’ .!!Manager is paranoid about credit card default of some sort and so I reluctantly agreed to go and make a duplicate payment in person, after being assured they would refund the first payment (for tiles I didn’t break) — a week later and I have no refund. I called again today to be told this is NOT HIS PROBLEM, and I need to sort it out with the bank ..!?!?Unreasonable and as other reviews have stated zero responsibility taken for Their mistake … Manager doesn’t care LESS about the chaos he has caused.Reporting to Dept of Fair Trading.Don’t waste your time hereI will never shop here again

Very happy with the tiles. I bought my whole house tiles at very reasonable price with delivery. Very good service from Parveen and his team. Definitely recommend to future buyers and family friends.

So far my experience with Dada is very good. They have a large range of good qualities tiles, their price is very competitive. The guys at Dada is very helpful and not pushy. Now I am just waiting my delivery.

Its great for buying tiles only apart from that don’t waste your time and money.Worst customer service, first of all they missed up my order 3 times had to wait extra 1 week, gave me faulty and damaged product, claiming that they are not responsible at all and they sent me to this factory which they get their products from to replace the faulty product ,which I’m not responsible for that but did it anyway, now all of that not a problem, the owner of the store is the main issue here, he gets too emotional, repeats the same nonsense and starts yelling about cops, first of all cops got nothing to do with this it’s a civil matter which civil court is responsible for that.and I returned a shower screen back wanted to exchange, I spoke to the main shower screen supplier and we agreed on the exchange, 2 days later sends the money back and keeps about $200 of it hahahaha
