I can't wait for this store to reopen. I ordered a Liberty Print Mask before they arrived in store and requested ( if possible pink and yellow ) It arrived and was perfect I couldn't have chosen better. I have purchased a second mask which is also so lovely. The service is professional and personal, a perfect combination. The only thing better would be to actually be at the store.

Bought expensive items from this chic boutique, always smells & looks clean. Yes overpriced & sometimes service is slow.. as a local for many years .. still have their quality items, can never get them on the phone usually too busy! However I keep trying.. this boutique has sales but not really.. you have to be quick like most sales.

Quite literally the worst experience, did not even get half way into the store when the boutique owner (in front of all of the customers in the store) said I was not allowed to enter because I had a pram with my 8 week old baby in it. Her reason being, it is too crowed to allow prams inside and expected me to leave the pram on the street or not to enter at all, GOD FORBID someone in a wheel chair wanted to go in and Shop as I can only imagine what her response would be to that. An awful woman who has a horrible reputation and when discussing it with other locals they all already knew about this woman and her disgraceful behaviour towards her customers and her staff.Do not waste your time or your money.

I have been a happy shopper at Emia now for more than 10 years. I have been introduced to wonderful fragrances which I never knew existed as the owner has such style and curiosity for the best products available to make our lives more fun.. she has a eye for the new and exciting fashions and seems canny in predicting trends. The staff are always friendly and so helpful and prepared to go beyond to assist Thank you Emia for being such a great place to shop.Jenny Winward

Unmatched customer service.I live in QLD and wanted a pair of swimmers this lovely store stocks. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and very helpful - directed me to the Instagram page to find a discount code. The parcel was shipped the following day and arrived very quickly. Once it arrived I placed another order and it was shipped within the hour. The quality of the piece is beautiful. I can't wait to receive my next order. It won't be my last! Thank you!

I have spent a few thousand dollars in this shop including clothes, shoes, Hewlett-Packard, perfume etc , yes a lot of money. I was known and greeted by my first name. I bought 7 pairs of jeans at around $300 a pair ( I think more) . The jeans split and due to poor or defective fabric, the owner would not refund me or give me credit, she said she’d have to send it back to manufacturer overseas. I will never ever go back into this shop no matter how beautiful the stock, this is greed at its best.

One of the best service experiences of my life! I am a long-time fan of the brands and style carried by Emia. I often look in my wardrobe to find that the dresses that I have had for 5 + years, I have purchased from Emia and they remain timeless, stylish and beautiful. The staff are passionate about the fashion and will go above and beyond what would be reasonably required to assist. This is an incredible store and one that gets it right on every level.
