I love supporting local and I would t ho anywhere else for my Ugg boots. FriendlyKnowledgeable staff to help you with sizing and as close to100% locally sourced as possible. The unfortunate thing is they last so well you don’t have to visit every year. Well done

I recently went here for brunch and then visited the factory, there was a very wide range of ugg boots, jackets, beanies and many more. While looking at the ugg boots the staff were very nice and polite, they made my decision a lot easier while providing helpful suggestions, the quality of the ugg boots was also really good. 10/10 would recommend

The best quality sheep skin Ugg boots and slippers in Australia. Top workmanship, beautiful colours, wide variety of fit, very knowledgeable staff who ensure you walk away loving your purchase. You can buy additional inslips for when the sole wears down but the rest of the boot is still in perfect condition, extending lifetime even further. There is also a cafe for food and drinks with both indoor and outdoor dining, and a factory museum on the history of Mortels.
