Australia Post - Villawood LPO

Disgusting service. Did not have the card on me as I had not been home but i received an email saying to present the email and my ID to collect.Upon reaching the store, Was asked did I have my card on me, i said I had the email instead. After receiving my first parcel which took literally 15secs, was told I could not collect any more without the card.After telling him that it is not right, he told me if i wanted to collet the rest, I would have to wait half an hour for him to finish his work. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE STORE AT ALL..After a long while of watching him scan parcels, a line started building up, it was until then he was forced to serve me again.He gave me my second parcel, and told me that I COULD NOT collect anymore and that if i wanted to collect more, I had to come back with the card.Called up customer service and was basically told he could not do any of the stuff he did.This is possibly the worst experience I had ever had. Someone who seems to hate their life and that wants to transfer that to their customers should not work as the face of Australia post. Clearly he does not like his job and does not want to provide any customer service. Seems pretty clear judging from the other reviews.

DISGUSTING service.DO NOT ATTEND!!!!The man and his wife working here are absolutely rude, dismissive of their customers and extremely unwelcoming. Shame on you Australia Post for allowing this particular post office to be open despite the countless negative reviews on this place.They complain to customers in the slightest instances, such as sticky taping a parcel that needs to be sent. They will inform their customers that they are making their jobs more difficult BY JUST TAPING PACKAGES!!!!! that is just one example of the countless rude acts I’ve seen happen here many many times!!!Besides their disgusting customer service and blatant rudeness, they often decide to close at the most random times. I have been here and randomly there would be a note at the door stating that they are closed today. This has happened many, many times. One time, the man had closed his store for 30 minutes leaving myself and other customers outside in 40degree heat.They are completely inconsiderate and are so unhelpful. The reason I only go there is because it’s the only post office in close proximity to my home, however, I have had enough and will not be attending anymore.Australia post, you should be ashamed.

Can someone please tell me how this place is still running with such DISGUSTING customer service? The man that works there is ok but his wife that wears the scarf is just absolutely atrocious, she has no respect to anyone that walks through those doors. She is judgemental and doesn’t even respect the scarf on her head let alone the innocent people that attend Australia Post regularly. If the husband is reading this please lecture your wife because Islam does not promote such selfishness, your wife is not better then anyone I don’t understand why she has this mindset and such attitude it truly is shameful for us muslims.

They are rated 1 star for reasons, and my experience wasn't a pleasure.I only came to submit my passport application with all required documents prepared. The man staff took them away one by one for copying and he literally threw them back on the counter one by one too. That action alone is enough for me, why can you handle someone's goods with such bad manners regarding they can just be a piece of paper. I wasn't wrong until he didn't accept my photo, said it was not good quality and tried offering me to get me taken there and probably charged for the service too. I just had to say thank you and walked away, taking it as I'm a photographer myself.

Incompetent. Rude. Dirty. I paid for an express post envelope for urgent documents to be received the next day. 24 hours later the receiver called to advise the docs hadn't been received. I used the tracking number to discover the envelope hadn't been scanned into the Aust Post system. Went to the post office to find the envelope just sitting there in the yellow express post box inside the store. When I raised this with the proprietors they just shrugged and said it can take 3 days. That's not what I paid for! They wouldn't refund the money but I will be lodging a complaint with Aust Post head office.

I did not receive my order from overseas. I checked that it was received at Villawood and it was claimed to be delivered at 11.46. There were 2 people at home on the day and the package was not delivered. How many other people have not received their order?? This particular franchise appears to be dodgy, they're rude and have accused the customer of already picking up their order. How could this be if they checked the tracking number, their system would have shown that it was not picked up. Do they realise that they're giving Australia Post a bad name!They need to be investigsted.

I don’t understand why this post office is operating, the don’t deliver your parcel to the correct address nor do they answer their phone.

Not to mention the RUDE SERVICE, staff very RELUCTANT when asked to PRINT OUT RECEIPT for the lodgement of pre-paid parcels. Never before in any other post office in over 10 years. Against Australia post company policy.

They are incredibly slow here. They love to diliver packages over multiple days rather then one. Doesn't matter if it's all there and ready they rather inconvenience you.

This place doesn't even worth 1 star rating. There is a female staff member there who is extremely mean, aggressive and unfriendly. Shouldn't she has gone to a customer service training class before 'confidently' stand in front of the reception table? WOW
