Cleanaway Peakhurst Solid Waste Depot

Cleanaway has to be the worst most unprofessional company I have ever come across in my entire life! Absolutely hopeless! They never pick up our bins on time (days late!) and when they do, they arrive right in the middle of service so that our customers have the pleasure of enduring not only the lovely fragrant smell of old festering garbage but the offensively loud sound of the truck. Stay away from cleanaway as they will make your life utter hell! It is beyond me that This company is aloud to run legitimately. They should be shut down for having the worst service ever experienced.

Well, we ordered a skip for delivery on a Friday morning, with a pick upIts mid Tuesday now, and no skipIn fact we have ordered 6 skips (big ones, you know, the 1000 dollar a time barsteds), but have ANY of them come on time, been taken away when organised.NOCleanaway...a pack of lying barsteds (we did knock, but our cameras show that they did not, we promise it will be there, its on its way, no later than,.........) that have now cost me three days work.The drivers make no effort to actually, you, know, check the delivery address, or actually deliver, the head office never rings back, nobody cares.But they still want your moneyGo somewhere elseIf you cannot, insist on a 30% deduction fee for every failed delivery, pickup.Maybe that will get their attention
