Quest Wollongong

The location is great walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Wollongong cbd. Stayed four times, unfortunately last time was given a west facing room directly overlooking the main street. Each morning would get woken up by traffic/council truck at 5 and each arvo come to room heated like a sauna from the western sun. Was there for a whole month but despite numerous requests staff made no effort in changing the room. They kept saying we'll do the best we can but nothing was done. Parking space is often limited and hard to find after 8:30 pm. The kitchens are a bit outdated but the amenities are good for daily use.

Clean comfortable and large living area. Well furnished and with all the needed equipment for a good stay? Friendly and helpful staff. Garage off road parking with easy access to reception. Wheelchair friendly. Plenty eating venues near by. Walking distance from the lighthouse.

Rooms were excellent and very clean, staff accommodated our request for all single beds, and brought extra towels after the first day. The location was fantastic, so close to crown Street mall and the beach. Front desk staff were very friendly and gave some great tips on good places to go. Stayed at the Mantra a few years prior, and can definitely say that Quest out points them in every area (particularly location).

Dear OwnerKarlee on reception is fabulous as well as efficient and a great communicator. Karlee made booking seamless and on arrival it was a pleasure to make her acquaintance.Our stay was wonderful, the room met our needs and the location is so central.On the Saturday night the reception was also attentive and supportive, I mentioned a toilet seat that was loose and she obliged, organising repair.House keeping are like little angels that do an outstanding clean and tidy.I choose Quest as my preferred accomadation and I am happy to recommend.Regards Leona

Nice cosy apartment and friendly staff

Very clean comfortable apartment reception staff very friendly a nd helpful. Comfy bed only complsint didnt like having to climb in and out of a bath to use the shower there should be a rail on wall to hang onto no good for us older people climbing out otherwise everything else. Was perfect will stay again well equiped and a very reasonable rate

I recently stayed at Quest Wollongong and I am pleased to say that it exceeded my expectations.The room itself was spacious, with plenty of room to move around and store my luggage. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which included a stove, microwave, refrigerator and even a washing machine, making it a great option for longer stays.The location of Quest Wollongong is another major advantage. It is situated in a central location with a variety of food options nearby. I was able to easily walk to several great restaurants and cafes during my stay, which was very convenient.

Rooms are clean and well presented and spacious. Perfectly comfortable for those that need to work from their hotel room. While not the most modern feeling furnishings, it was still modern and didn't feel cheap. Great front of house service and ample secure parking during my 3 day stay.Short walk to a few restaurants and cafes

Did a short stay in a 2-bedroom apartment. Staff were excellent on check-in/out and answering questions. Apartment is basic but with everything you need. Clean, comfortable and tidy. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops. Secure car park spaces available for $15, suggest you reserve one when you book. Was able to book a second car spot on arrival for visiting family member as there were others available. Got a late checkout too thanks to the friendly staff.

Receptionist was very rude , rooms was good , booking was made for 7 people but there was only 3 beds, when television channels was not clear I rang the reception & was told by the same receptionist that maybe the kids did something & said it will take the technician very long to come & fix the issue . Technician was very friendly. The hotel charged bond on my arrival which wasn’t written anywhere in the booking . I was told if I won’t pay the bond me & my 4 kids can’t go inside the room
