Disappointment on a huge level, hating our floors. The flooring we have received is not what we were sold and nowhere near like the sample display in the shop ( the last photo ) Was told it’s ABC grade but leaning more to AB since it doesn’t have too many knots. Well what we received I don’t think can be graded if we count the knots in each plank. And to think that I picked this business over a well known brand and better quality only because I always told by Brad it was a better grade and not many knots. Well now I know the other salespeople lost the sale because they were honest with me and Brad wasn’t. When I questioned him, he asked for some photos but then never responded after that.I guess he doesn’t care, he made the sale and I will continue to hate my brand new floor in my brand new home.I will definitely not recommend this business to anyone.
