Cant even get a simple cup of tea right. White 2 sugars ended up being black no sugar and it was on a app! Written in front of them.. ordered a cappuccino and tea , 6 mins difference getting them and they were wrong.. no apology, nothing

Great location with heaps of other fast food store in same area. Food is always good here , staff are friendly and nice . Drive through is quik and easy. Instore is always clean. Top job guys keep up the good work.

Firstly got told they had no full cream milk and asked if i wanted a different milk substitute but never informed me that their problem of having no full cream milk would be at my expense then i get to last window and was given the complete wrong order to find out it was actually taken wrong and all because she just wasnt listening..... Then whilst waiting for the correct one i was told i was over charged by their mistake then they finally came out with my order for them to tell me that it was imfact correct in the begining and needed more money from me...

Asked the girl to tell the cook to make sure Bacon deluxe was well done but unfortunately it was not! Instead Dead Luke warm and my Wife's Grilled Chicken burger was frozen and tough. Never going back! Sad young people are in a hurry to serve but don't look at Quality. Unhappy! Sack the lot I would.

A sign on the toilet said SORRY WE HAVE RUN OUT OF TOILET PAPER. What an absolute disgrace. There was a service station 2 minutes walk where they could have purchased some. Think outside the box Hungry jacks tumbi umbi.

The burgers are better at hungry jacks but NOT AT THIS HUNGRY JACKS!I was the only one waiting and yet, I got barely cooked chips and my bacon was so chewy and barely cooked I had to throw it out. Second time I’ve had a sub par meal here and fast food is supposed to be the same in all HGs?! Go to the one in Tuggerah instead, sometimes they forget half of your order but what you get tastes better.

Bad experience always pickup my food here and they tell there is no order and they say like oh you’re not a menulog driver….. I’m like no i come here to pickup my food. 3 times i said i placed my order online..They should ask me how can we help u simple not judging

We have had to wait in the parking bay for a single coffee multiple times even when there are no cars waiting behind us in the drive through. I used to enjoy their coffee however, rarely these days do they get the order right and generally the coffee is not up to standard

Every time i go to hungry jacks at mingura, the staff always stuff up my order and food items missing.The staff really need to check the bags before handing it over to the customer.
