Review by Anne Stephen - I would like to give a stellar review to Dylan Ryan who has helped me greatly in my time of unemployment. He has lead me to job interviews in the field that I was interested in and webinars. If I missed anything like a webinar or wanted more information on anything he was very quick to reply to my requests. I found Dylan to by friendly, interested in what I wanted and very efficient to get back to me. I wish him well on his new endeavours.

If I could give Help enterprises a 0 star rating I would. Rude staff that does not listen to you, just shoves you into whatever job they can find regardless of your skillset. My case worked Rhiannon tried to get me to do a 70 hour unpaid employability training (over 2 weeks) or else my payments would be cut off, I spoke about how ridiculous this was but there was no way out of it so I decided to start studying in a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance in order to swap from job seeker to youth allowance. Then she had the nerve to tell me I was better off doing the 70 hour unpaid employability training course instead of studying to get a certificate which could almost guarantee me a job in health care. Please do not choose Help as your job seeker provider, I was previously with Tursa (just up the road) and they were amazing, I would highly recommend going to them instead.

As always, Today had a great experience with the Help team. Phoned Lisa, arranged an appointment with no problem. She was brilliant in fixing my resume and writing a cover letter. If Help can find another 12 Lisa's we are on our way to lowering the unemployment rate. Again Thanks!!!!!!!

I would significantly recommend Help Employment & training for any job seekers looking for employment, as they are very professional. Personally, my employer Diane works very closely with me and gives 100% to the purpose of finding new jobs that suit me. She is always on time and communicates well with me either by phone email or texting. I am in good hands. Thank you Di. Sanchia Roth

If you have a choice of employment (Job Active) provider, choose these guys. I have been fully supported by the entire Stones Corner (and sometimes the Mt Gravatt team) thanks to my lead job coach Jessikah Sek. She has steered me onto a new path. No question was unanswered and she was always very encouraging. She arranged for extensive employment counseling with an amazing clinical psychologist, Kim Dunn, as I embarked on a new career path. Kim has been invaluable in my career rebuild. And we can't leave out Stones Corner site manager Joe Schneider -- a compassionate fella in a world where clients can be viewed as just a number or a barcode. Thanks to everyone at Help for their continued support.

The girls were Wonderful - they tried so hard to help me; sadly, as I do not have a disability, they were unable to do so, but they tried their hardest, anyway. Thanks Jo & Di :)
