Had issues with a service and had to return to get basic things topped up. Not 100 percent happy with 2 services done there. I think mechanics need more and better training to do a satisfactory job for the customer. The work done on my car two times was sloppy and needed further attention.

On our way in to Port Augusta, 56k's out of town we ran into a bit of trouble with our vehicle. I googled Ford dealers in town and came across Northpoint, wow from the first phone call to leaving the following day was amazing. The Customer Service officers at reception helped from the get go, and the mechanics on staff were wonderful. The part to repair the vehicle was brought in by the boss who picked it up from another town, how is this for service. After being told our Gearbox was RS by another mechanical service (after limping into town) in Pt Augusta, we sought a second opinion from the Ford dealer service centre. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained carefully what they would check. Extremely grateful they saved us in excess of $8,000 by providing testament to the gearbox being okay. Drove home to WA towing a caravan safely and without incident.

Lochlan and his team were absolute legends. We had urgent car trouble on a Saturday morning. He came out in no time to check what the issue was and fixed it within a couple of hours. Best experience I've had with a mechanic group.
