The staff are absolutely lovely & so dedicated.They are very helpful and knowledgeable.My dog had to have minor day surgery and the vet did a fantastic job at a good price.Thank you all so much Bendigo Vet's staff ❤️

Staff and vets are all extremely professional and friendly, had my kitten spayed here and she healed in half the time expected and was eating pretty quickly after surgery in a good mood. Great vet!

Staff were all very friendly and made the experience pleasant for both me and my anxious dog. Clinic was inviting and clean. Pricing is reasonable and the Best Friends programme is a great option to have available too.

ABSURD. Went there for my greyhounds broken toe which was treated with a splint (not the correct size splint). Went there again, booking the appointment based on that they would have the correct splint - they did not. Not even a phone call. Put a flexible splint on which broke in 2 days. Called again to make sure that the correct splint was in - replied 'yes' - showed up to appointment to find that it was still not in! Vet proceeded to undermine me as to why the splint was broken... he is a 35kg dog and it was not the correct splint. Went home with a different splint again and have now found that it was wrapped terribly, leaving his dew claw digging into his skin. That is 3 visits all ending in me leaving with the incorrect splint, and $600 worth of bandaging costs. This left my greyhound in a condition worse than he was when he got there.Sought out the manager through email - no reply 8 days later. The worst part of all --- I called up to follow up, as to which Andrea 'the manager' said she felt it wasn't necessary to respond or necessary for any type of apology....disgusting behavior. Do not waste your time. You seek advice for your beloved pets, and you end up dealing with people with no empathy whatsoever.If you want to see a vet, go see the ones at Greencross Vet. I got a direct call from the surgeon explaining why a splint isn't necessary, and what the long term goal is in terms of treatment and surgery. Diesel, my greyhound, came out happy and much less anxious.

Great staff and animal care though hard to get in an appointment on short notice.

Fur Life Vet were very good to deal with, they explained everything that they did for Alfie the poodle, when he had surgery. I would certainly recommend Fur Life to all my friends.

While it pains me to have to pay so much the staff make it easier by explaining everything and offering help with anything that my puppy or I need
