We recently renovated and sold our home, and used Vins Bins for every load of building/general rubbish we needed removed. (there was A LOT)Every single time I or my husband called to book the bin in, we received the best customer service I have ever experienced.Everyone who answers the phone is so helpful and nice to chat with, the guys dropping and picking up the bins are also really lovely.Just goes to show what sort of company Vin's Bins is, we will only ever use these guys in future :)

Fantastic company, all the staff at Vinsbins are great to deal with, they were very empathetic to our bin needs, nothing was a problem. The bins arrived when they said and Tony the driver was extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely be using Vinsbins again.

Fantastic customer service and really friendly staff who helped navigate a tight space to place the bin. I initially ordered the large 15m skip from VinsBin for a big house clear-out and ended up ordering a second bin from them a week later after such a great experience.

My mum (Leeza) and I get a bin probably every single year. The customer service is always fantastic, doesn’t matter who you speak to. Getting support while having the bin has never been an issue either, they try to be accommodating and we always appreciate it. Hassle free drop off and pick up and great communication! Thank you!

Vins Bins is one of the first businesses to offer a waste bin/skip pick up and delivery service. And, Vins Bins remains a market leader because right from a phone call or an online order, then to delivery and pick up this business in unfailingly professional, understanding and incredibly helpful. If you are thinking of which waste management company you should use, you cannot go past Vins Bins. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service & delivery. We ended up having to get 3 6 meter bins. Each time we arranged bin the girls were fantastic in placing order & communication arranging drop off and pick up.. The drop off was great, early morning and the driver left in correct place and had the bin doors open for walk in entry. Prices are very good also.Well done and Thank you Team at VinsBins

These guys have been great to deal always friendly and reasonable (and that includes the drivers!). We have a regular service for work and shopped around - they offered the best pricing. We have used various bin companies for 20+ years - haven't found any better than Vins.
