Absolutely amazing. So friendly and considerate.

My $50000,00 car went in for its first and last service with Reef City Isuzu Gladstone a few months back. Not only was my car damaged in thier care, it came back to me with a dint in the side door, when i told them straight away i was fobbed off and didnt like his attitude which was pretty well not interested. The vehicle was also running rough, therefore I took my vehicle to another dealer Gympie Isuzu who did find an issue that a simple computer update fixed, also very helpful.

Got 80k service done and I was told it was ready to go at 3pm. Didn't leave until 6pm and the car wasn't washed or vacuum!Drove the car home, woke up the next day with a pool of oil under the car. They towed the car in and had it for nearly 2 days.I called them the following day as I hadn't heard anything and they said car is ready at 12, so I asked to be picked it. Waited at home for 2 hours. Got to the dealership to find out car is still not ready. Waited another 3 hours and I didn't even get an apology off the assistant managerDo not take you vehicle here!!!!!!
