In and out so quickly when car wad dropped off. Taxi waiting to take me to rental car. Very efficient however repairs were not done correctly and was charged for work that wasn't done. Stains on car that were never there and they stated that it's water stains from vehicle being washed that are still present. Very unhappy with workmanship.

Avoid at all costs. Delivered my car to them with the bonnet handle in working condition. They have claimed it broke while driving car from waiting bay to workshop. Very weird the manager said. Neglected to tell me on pickup bonnet handle wasn’t working now I can’t open my bonnet and repair hub claiming not their responsibility. Sloppy and incompetent.My favourite part of the conversation was when the manager said he just assumed the handle had always been broken. And that everyone has been removing the door to pull the cable to open the bonnet previously. The stupidity of the interaction was mind boggling. Use your own repairer. Save yourself a headache.

My experience with Repair Hub Preston has been really good. The work done on my car was fantastic. Giving 4 stars for now, will update to 5 in 12 months or so if the car stays in good shape over the long distance.

My insurance company organised for my car repairs to be completed by Repairhub Preston. I just picked up my car after it was repaired and it looks immaculate. I received excellent service, outstanding communication before the assessment and during the repairs. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable- from the assessor, Amy at reception and the repaired when I picked it up.

The most important thing noticed by me is the staff, they are thorough professional, helpful, polite, cooperative, and friendly to say the least. Right from receptionist to the repairers. Great atmosphere. It's a rarest of the rarests to see and experience the entire staff members are the perfectionists in their own rules. Without a doubt, all of them deserve 10 out of 5 stars.

Excellent service by the team. It took a long time to repair my car due to parts unavailability, but the team kept me posted all the time. Rob and Keith were super helpful. Very happy with the service and repair.

Staff are so courteous and friendly. Explained the process. Very efficient. The final repair was of the highest standard and my car was even washed and vacuumed.

Not happy with the repair. Not good customer service. They did not even check how the repairs turned out. Car's bumper bar was repaired 3 times, yes that's right 3 TIMES, and still not repaired accordingly the standards. Car was only half cleaned. Complained to insurance company. My advice is RACV's repair Hub should be avoided". Choose your own repairer. However

They are extremely rude beyond belief. I traveled an hour when I informed them I was running late and I’ve never had “professionals” treat me like that before. They treat their customers like pure garbage. They’re receiving heaps of complaints from other people at the moment from what I’ve heard through my insurance company so I wouldn’t bother getting your car fixed with them. It’s not worth the treatment you get especially if you were involved in an accident.
