Loving my consoles from Amavi living! These were made especially for us and we were provided with progress photos along the way which got us excited about our upcoming delivery. Although there were delays with shipping out of their control we were provided with updates so we knew what was happening.

Thank you Gaurav for helping us choose the right piece for our deck. The daybed is stunning and we love it. There was a few weeks delay due to Covid, but Gaurav kept me informed an tracking along the way. Would definitely use AMAVI Living again and thoroughly recommend the service and quality of the product.CheersDenise

Couldn't be happier! We ordered our beautiful buffet through COVID times so the wait seemed forever but it was so worth it. We get so many compliments from guests and visitors which is so nice and it just validates we got it right. We are in an apartment and our hallway is from the front door right through to the kitchen so it really is a room of it's own - to have something so beautiful and different in it makes complete sense to me. I purchased a bone inlay coffee table from AMAVI Living and the quality is exceptional. The customer service was of a very high standard and any questions I had they were more than happy to help. They also gave me time to thoroughly look over the piece I was purchasing to check it was in perfect condition and they put my purchase in my car, I didn't need to lift a finger. Will definitely be shopping again!

BUYER BEWARE: Amavi Living does not sell what they advertise. I purchased a custom Giardino lounge but when it arrived, the style and shape of the lounge was nothing like the photos advertised on their website, not to mention all the cushions were made too small and there is a 40-50mm between each one. Gaurav, the owner, then admitted he sells REPLICA furniture and has done absolutely nothing to fix these issues. So I am left with a cheaply and poorly made Chinese knockoff lounge, and Amavi Living doesn’t even care. In fact, Amavi Living is denying all responsibility and telling me I am in the wrong. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your furniture needs.

I purchased the Areca Double for $719 in January 2021 with the lead time advertised as 7-9 weeks. After the 9th week, I still hadn't received the item so I started emailing and calling Gaurav to find out what was happening with my order. Gaurav would continuously come up with excuses for the delay and would often ignore my emails. After months of headache, I started to suspect that this was a scam. I tried my luck and requested a refund but to no surprise, Gaurav refused to refund the money.This continued until November 2021 when Gaurav finally granted me a refund for the item as it got damaged during shipment.I find it shocking that the price of this item has increased to $1,399.

I ordered a Versailles Sofa which took 1 year to arrive because of Covid which I accept. My main issue is that the sofa we received was not represented by the images advertised on the website - a more transparent and honest approach would be to advertise photos of the actual replica furniture you will receive showing the inconsistencies. I'm happy with the sofa base design/fake rattan component but the aluminium base footings were bent/uneven and 2 snapped after 1 week of use - they will all need to be removed and replaced with something more sturdy. The seat cushions are not uniform dimensions and don't line up which is annoying and uncomfortable.As long as other buyers are aware of these issues then they can make a more informed decision about purchasing this 'replica' product to what is advertised on the website.

The finished products are beautiful and we are very happy with the unique items we have ordered. If ordering from Amavi, please ensure you have the patience to wait for it as they do create the items overseas, which takes time, and they also have to wait for shipping availability (which was particularly impacted by covid). We were provided with updates as they found out this information themselves.
