Haven't used it yet however there are some flaws which no fone numbers even after hours no paramedic that you can talk too online too ask questions to see if you are in need for there devices or not. Is a healthcare or concession card and Medicare are taken from the patient as payment for free travel by the ambulance and helimed the medical helicopter. Many things are amiss from the site just to talk too someone from there online could solve a lot of issues.
