Big store with a huge range. Watch out for the discounts. I recently purchased a mattress topper which was reduced with 40% off. I checked other prices and discount was real. I have often purchased fabric and haberdashery. Sometimes hard to find what you want but staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their department. Large car park in fry and underground makes access easier.

Went looking for sun block roller blinds for our entry windows.Found what we wanted but had some questions, unfortunately staff were run off their feet, eventually got the answers and the blinds.Very happy with blinds, will return, would recommend to others.

They tried to charge me full price for a product, even though there were loads of tickets clearly stating 40% off. After getting a staff member to check, I had to walk the cashier to the product to show them the tickets. Then, they were still reluctant in giving me the 40% off, acting like they were doing me a favor. Meanwhile, the other customers had to wait whilst this was all going on. What a hastle, just to make a purchase which still wasn't that great of a price!

Would give 0 stars if I could.Mother-in-law came here the other day with the intention of purchasing some blinds. She had the dimensions and brand she wanted to purchase, but just wanted some staff assistance to make sure she was picking the correct ones.She asked a pink-haired staff member if she would be able to assist and was completely dismissed by them! Well, I walked in here looking like a Polar Bear in Texas but still managed to efficiently find what I was looking for thanks to friendly staff. Picked up my A3 frame and choofed off to the register where I was greeted by Jeanette. She then picked up a call which was a little annoying but she seems like a lovely woman and thus I shall be forgiving.Got in and got out quickly, solid experience. 3.7/5Regards
