Communication during our build was fantastic. However after our handover and defect inspection was done, communication became a lot more challenging. We handed over in April of 2022 and are still waiting for completion of some of our defect works, well exceeding the 120 business days as per our signed contract with Achieve Homes. We have sent multiple emails, phoned multiple times to have this sorted and are yet to see any traction. I'm continually told that someone will call to arrange and come out but I'm still waiting. We had some traction and a guy came out but this was well before Christmas and nothing since then. All emails have gone unanswered since December last year and we are still waiting for defect works to be completed. We have met all contractual agreements our end, when will Achieve Homes achieve there's????

I got the display home and they rented the house over a year. How cheap they removed the sliding fly screen door from the house and told me it’s damaged. Finally they took the letter box as well and left the sharp edges to injured kids. What a service. How many times I need to contact you guys and really frustrated came from overseas and without any notice they entered my house front yard and remove the front fence than removed the letter box and left sharp corner for kids.

It was a great experience building with Achieve homes. The Achieve home team were fantastic, right from the sales team led by Jad to the site supervisor Dion. The team were very friendly and communicated very well with me through out the project. They were able to customise my build and within my budget too.The quality of my house is top notch and am really enjoying my new home. Its been 3 months after handover and Achieve homes are still available to address even the smallest concerns.I will 100% build with them again and highly recommend them.

Thank you Achieve Homes! After a few delays because building materials were late, we’ve just moved into our brand new home and we LOVE it! Pushkar was amazing and looked after us throughout the entire build. 5 Stars!

We moved in 12 months ago and are still having issues getting defects rectified. These defects are from our practical completion inspection (Jan 2022) and our maintenance inspection (June 2022). We have spent the last 6 months constantly emailing and phoning Achieve Homes requesting for this work to be completed. Each time we seemed to spend so much effort to get 1 or 2 items resolved before getting no responses again. We have not had any action since mid November. This is not what we expected from a company who sold us a lie that they pride themselves on customer satisfaction.

Building our first home with Achieve Homes was a stressful and disappointing experience. We experienced poor communication, and often no communication at all. We had numerous emails go months without a response (some to this day still not responded to) and many phone calls unanswered. Our 3 bedroom standard house build took around 14 months, with unreasonable and misleading reasoning provided (when provided). We disputed majority of the extension requests however were never provided a reply to sort these out. I am well aware about construction issues and delays post COVID, however a lot of the excuses we errr provided were complete unreasonable. Prior to the build even starting we were advised (in a way that did not align with the contract) that they’d made a mistake in the contract regarding our site cut and we had to pay $10,000 on top of what we had already paid. We paid for “lock up” in July 2022 and only got locks on the doors in March 2023 after asking a considerable amount of times for them to be put on. When we eventually got hold of the general manager to discuss our concerns, we were told that our issues with the locks were “trivial”. Our roof was “done” in July 2022 however was unfinished and remained that way until March 2023, even though we had paid for it to be finished and had been asking for months for it to be completed. We continued to go over our practical completion date for no good reason and Achieve even tried to argue our start date, which we had photo evidence of and emails from Achieve stating our start date. We questioned liquidated damages which is a selling point in the contract however we were essentially told we wouldn’t be entitled to these due to the extension requests. We had trades not show up for months on end and many things were half finished or finished to a low quality. There were several issues with our build including our laundry wall being out of level, our porch being out of level, our bathroom frame being put in backwards, our laundry window not aligning to the other windows and door - all causing delays due to having to have these all redone. We were advised we “must” pay our second last progress payment, which in the contract said all external and internal painting had to be complete. However the painting was not complete, which Achieve agreed but told us it was nearly done and would be done by the time we moved in so payment was required. Even an email from the bank advising they wouldn’t release the funds didn’t deter Achieve from chasing this money. The house is now “finished” and unfortunately the quality is average. We have been in the house for over 2 weeks now and are still waiting on our windows to be serviced and for our fly screen to be put on the back sliding door, which we paid extra for. This is so disappointing as we have paid a considerable amount for this home and hoped it would have been completely finished, and to a high standard. The final clean was also atrocious, barely looking like it had even been cleaned. Overall it was an awful experience, and has turned us off ever wanting to build a house again.

Horrible experience dealing with Achieve homes ACT Branch for the past 3 years.Still struggling to get work’s completed as per the building contract.Poor quality of work. Never follow through with any agreements. Many families are significantly displaced due to poor management.I would consider using a different builder if you are in the market. It's just not worth the stress.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.Too many things to write about this company and not enough space on here. They do not respond to emails, calls.Their customer service is zero.Their rating should be 0 not 1.What they sell you is not what you get. They bill you after you have paid final invoice. The list just goes on and on!Waiting on defects to be fixed and haven’t heard a thing.

We are really enjoying our build with Achieve Homes. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful; from viewing display homes to speaking to staff over the phone, we have had wonderful service throughout. The Achieve staff are more than happy to answer all of our questions and make sure that we are comfortable with the progress of our new home. Could not recommend any other builder!!
