Have engaged them a couple of times over the years for blocked drains and a new HWS. Always a great prompt service and very knowledgeable. The local knowledge of common issues in the area has proved invaluable for troubleshooting.

I have had Blackwood plumbing out to our place twice in the last month.Once for a gas leak and then to replace the element in our hot water unit.For the gas leak, they located it quickly and even identified a couple of others and fixed everything to a very high standard.For the hot water system, they tested both the thermostat and the element and identified the reason why we had no hot water.The hot element was replace promptly and by the next day we had scorching hot water again.The best thing was that the invoice came in cheaper than the 'over the phone' quote.Thanks guys, you rock.We will definitely use Blackwood Plumbing again.
