I bought a Koala lounge. I was surprised when it was delivered within a few days and included all of the cushions shown in the display photo. I have access issues, and usually deliveries are left on the street and it's then my problem to get it to the house, but the drivers were great. They loaded it into my car and then carried it down 40 stairs for me! I've been very impressed with Koala Living!

Beautiful things in store! They have some very unique pieces and good quality. The delivery is prompt & you get exactly what you’ve ordered. Worth a visit.

I recently purchased a print for my home from koala living. We were greeted by Sabita, the store manager - who was super friendly and extremely helpful. She even looked at photos of my home and made suggestions on which ones would suit the best.They had so many options available and I was really happy with the one I chose, it looks beautiful in our home. We get compliments on it all the time and the quality is fantastic! I recommend koala at Homebush to everyone now and will definitely be back. Thank you Sabita!

I can't recommend this company to anyone. I purchased furniture and have been waiting for them to stock up. When I called to inquire about delivery, I was told that due to issues with their warehouse in NSW, my goods wouldn't be delivered for another four weeks. Despite having paid for delivery, I even asked if I could pick them up myself to avoid the delay, but they told me it was impossible. I asked if I could at least get my items delivered before the warehouse shutdown, but that too was declined. As a last resort, I requested compensation for the inconvenience this has caused, especially since I wasn't informed of these issues beforehand and it wasn't my fault. But they declined that as well. Basically, it seems like they don't really care about their customers.
