We had a problem with our Fiat Motorhome and went to East Coast Fiat at Acacia Ridge.We were very happy with the service especially with Stephen Blaauw the Service Advisor who kept us informed about what was happening and what the cost will be before they fixed the problem. Having the . van washed as well was a pleasant surprise.Great service.

The professionalism and friendly manner from our first contact with Vera at EC Fiat was second to none. On checking in our motorhome, all involved immediately set us at ease concerning a quite urgent air conditioning repair. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and required parts swiftly fitted. We couldn’t recommend EC Fiat more highly. Vera and the team went above and beyond to ensure our travel plans north were kept on track. Top service!

We had our Fiat motorhome in for mechanical work.The work was completed in a timely manner especially considering the backdrop of covid problems with supply etc.Cameron at service department was excellent... clear communication, provided all available options with his own professional recommendations and polite.Will take the vehicle there for future services etc, really very good experience...cheers

Recommend anyone who uses this company to get everything quoted up front because it was way more pricey then other fiat service centres at the time of my service. Also anything outside of the regular service they'll charge $$$ for so get it quoted first. Doing up a few extra bolts, in my opinion is something that shouldn't be charged for. Check the quality of the work also.
