GC APPLIANCE SERVICE (a division of Roshad)

We had a major issue with our brand new Ilve cook top and the team at Roshad where amazing. Great customer service on the phone and they were quick to come out to sort the problem out. I highly recommend the team at Roshad for any appliance service.

Have had trouble with my Highland Cooktop. Purchased on recommendation of Harvey Norman, and also because it is Australian Made. It blew up on me before Christmas. Explosion. I was lucky not to have been cooking with oil. Roshad were the recommended company to assist. They did, I was happy, until Highland decided I had to pay to get it fixed. $000's. Roshad went in batting for me, and after a few emails from me as well, Highland said they would replace faulty parts, but it would cost for labour. Roshad have been out numerous times to rectify problems. Today, hopefully it is the last day. It is now late April. I am not blaming Roshad for this delay, it was Highland. Michael, who heads the service department, and the other two workers who have been here numerous times have been efficient, and like a dog with a bone to fix the problem.Thank you Michael, and thanks Roshad. I would recommend Roshad to anyone needing assistance with their appliances.

I bought a washing machine door lock at GC appliance office $82 to replace the old one due to no more guarantee but nothing changed so I booked to be fixed a week later . Micheal who working in GC appliance service came to fix but nothing better than I had done and said the board had been out of order . He advised me to buy the new washing machine because the new board was over $350 at the Good guys. During the time he fixed ( less than 30minutes) he brake my washing machine water pipe . Water was running everywhere. I must clean water and didn’t hear any words “thanks” . Then he just knew to how to charge me $110 and gone without fixing the broken water pipe . I am very disappointed with that way .

I have used Roshad on 3 or 4 occasions and just referred another friend to this company. I've always had a very positive experience with them, especially when they came to fix my oven about 4 days before Christmas. I also think they are very honest. Would definitely recommend

I had a problem trying to unlock induction stove top (SMEG) that accidently went into lock mode. Verity in the office responding to my call out inquiry and was incredibly helpful providing instruction manual to assist me in resolving the issue, In the meantime I unfortunately had another service call from another company where the technician quoted $1500 for two new boards, plus service fees. Thankfully I asked GC Appliances to follow up with an onsite service call and their Technician solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. There was no need for any new parts. So, I am highly recommending this company for not only their service but also their honestly and all the assistance they provided by phone, mail and phone without charge. Absolutely amazing service!!

Dishwasher flooded.Rang to get a warranty call. I was told this call was free. This company was sent out. They found mice were to blame.Charged $140 for the call, $40 for a plastic pipe and $to screw it in.I then declined their service so the guy pushed the dishwasher back into place, NOT TELLING ME IT WAS FLOODED UNDERNEATH WITH WATER. When I chipped him about it be became very defensive.Would not use again.

Very responsive and organized, their technician solved the issue and replaced the part in the call out time, Can recommend them

Problem was not originally identified but honoured service warranty and ordered replacement part. Were very pleasant and professional to deal with and would use again.

I used GC Appliance Service recently for a warranty claim and I must say that I was very happy with the level of service. Brian was on time, he was very knowledgable about all of my Ilve appliances and he cleaned up after the work was done.
