I would just like to highly commend Toony (Manager HN Erina) for his excellent customer service !! he is always beyond0 helpful and nothing is too much trouble, having bought my PC from HN Erina, I would not consider going anywhere else as the support I get from Toony and his team (in particular Jake as well) has been beyond reproach, ever most grateful !!Thanks Toony

I purchased king single beds for my kids. A big shout out to Michael in bedding. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, it’s the best service I’ve had in years. The furniture is also great quality. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a Rinnai air conditioner with wifi from Harvey Norman, but the wifi hasn't worked since I purchased it. The Rinnai app for controlling the wifi has a poor rating and the issue of it not working is well know, as the app is called “ac freedom” I couldn’t not check this before purchase but went with the advice from Harvey Norman.The customer service from Rinnai has been terrible, and Harvey Norman doesn't take any responsibility once you have paid.The initial installation quote was $900, but it ended up costing $1500, which was 50% more than what a local AC specialist would have charged. The installers also left rubbish at the back of the garage.I've been trying to get someone to fix the issue for almost a month, but now I am chasing Rinnai, such a terrible experienceI regret not choosing the more expensive Mitsubishi unit from a professional AC provider, as the Rinnai option at Harvey Norman turned out to be more expensive overall with an inferior unit and 0 after sales care.Beware

Do not expect any care to be given after the sale is finalised. Purchased over $3700 worth of items. Told they were in stock and when I got to the delivery dock I was told it wasn't there. Clearly they gave my items to someone else and didnt want to admit it. It wasn't until I went off that they magically found another one behind some other boxes. Waited over 45mins at the Dock in the blistering heat for all this to be fixed up. I shouldn't have to go off to get good customer service. It should be apart of your job!

Had always valued Harvey Norman for quality service, so when we needed a new gas convector heater, we purchased from the Erina store. Once home, we had some issues with the gas supply and ended up needing to return the fire - although unpacked, it was never used. The fire was in perfect condition with all paperwork, stickers, plastic wrappings, boxing etc. But Harvey Norman charged me 20% ($240) to return it. I feel ripped off, I know they will just sell it as ex floor stock, with a $50 reduction. I would have got better service and a cheaper price ordering elsewhere on-line, I know for next time - the value of a face to face sale has gone, and Harvey Norman have lost a valued customer that has purchased the big-ticket items from them for the last 25 years, but never again. BE WARNED. BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HARVEY NORMAN.

A HUGE shout out to Ron McCaig. We went to purchase a new fridge and he was the best person to deal with. Incredibly knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him. If you need anything, he is the best person to deal with.

The renovations have been done in such a remarkable way. Seay to find what you want & the staff members are there to assist you but not bother you if you just want to browse.

Such a great Experience again at Erina Harvey Norman in Bedding . Chris and Nicole are very helpful and great in service and got a reality good deal with Perfect Furniture like always !!

Excellent and friendly service when looking at kids beds, especially Chris who followed up with a call to let us know about our delivery and how and when it would arrive. Top marks!

The worst service I fount at this store. The manager Robert is rude too. I would not recommend to anyone to buy the products from here. The best store if you would like to go which is West Gosford. This guys are not doing price match with the other stores, I made online complaint and they did not do call back for my complaint too. Worst service and worst store I found.
